I'm always happy just 'cause there isn't a reason to be sad.
Don't take this as there is nothing that could cause sadness. I just mean it's pointless to dwell on it. I mean, depression is so boring.
The Exalted licked it's maw, it's multiple eyes scanning the figure opposite; The Dreh'ill, who preferred to be called 'Khaz'ka.' The Exalted grimaced at Khaz'ka's features; He looked like a sack of bones, with his thin limbs and see-through skin. He didn't deserve to serve the power of the Necro'tyr. However, aid was never turned aside in the Warband's ranks. Even so, the thought of fighting alongside the Dreh'ill made the Exalted growl in displeasure. It motioned to the thing.
"Come," it's voice tearing the very thoughts from mortal's brains."We scout now, little flesh thing." The Exalted made a fist with it's immense claws in irritation. Soon, it would be rid of this pathetic bag of meat.
John was entering the military outpost/capital((/wherever the RP starts)) with a wagon caravan full of weapons and armor, protected by John and John alone, since he didn't think he could pack enough food for anyone to help him protect his wagon, as it was quite a journey he made, but hopefully a profitable one.
As he entered through the main gates, John started looking around for anyone that could use a weapon or two.

Skull roamed the camp, eating a short, nibbled upon piece of warm bread. Smiling contently, he emerged upon a scene that made him chuckle. "A salesman, of some sort? A peddler!" Grinning, he walked to the side of the cart. "I do not require weapons, as my walking stick may impale a human as easily as a sword... but do you carry bandages? Rations?"
"Huh? Who's talkin- Oh, it's you. Sorry, I didn't see you, you were so short.*chuckles* Anyway, yes, I do sell rations and bandages. How about these?" John got out a roll of bandages. Nothing actually high-quality, they were just plain cotton bandages. "These are ((insert sales pitch here; I'm no good with marketing IRL)). I'll run them for 25 ((Whatever the currency is))."

Raxis had been roaming the camp now for quite some time. Rambling amongst others trying to find a forging shop. Looking around Raxis got desperate he needed an immediate fix to his blade so he could get back on the road. He ran over to a potential vendor and interupted his customer. " Hello sir", he put his blade on the table. " Can you repair this". Raxis pulled out all the money he had in his pocket and put it on the table.
"I'll take them... although they are not of good quality. Anything to help a salesman... of such lowly birth." Grinning at his human joke, Skull takes the bandages and puts the money in his hand.
"Sorry sir, I'm not a blacksmith, but I do have replacements for sale, if you'd want one." John was referring to the new customer than ran up to him out of the blue.
"'Of such lowly birth?' Considering the fact I'm 3 feet taller than you, wouldn't that make me of higher birth? *Chuckles*" John joked back to the goblin, as he took the money. "Thanks for your service, though I'm curios as to what you're preparing for. You don't seem like you are part of this army."

** Don't do *Chuckles* do John chuckles, looking to him. Or something. **
"Not part of the army, eh?" In a split second the goblin split up the side of the cart, jumping on the wheel and onto the thin side. Bringing his club down, he stopped it inches away from the man's head. "I'm not one to show off, but you would have died just then."
John kept a calm demeanor during the goblin's stunt show or whatever. "Was that necessary? I didn't say you couldn't fight, you just don't look like your in the army officially. Maybe some kind of hired sword or something, but not a military private," John said, as he calmly pushed the club away from his face.
"Besides, if I wanted to, I could have easily defended myself against an attack. I've fought off faster opponents."
((I have to go to bed now, sorry to cut the RP short. See ya in the morning.))

"Uh, Ok." John said, to the retreating figure, as he took the money. It was more than enough to cover for the dagger. What's his rush?
"So, Goblin, your a mercenary? That explains it. If you don't mind me asking, what are you fighting for now?"

"Whatever pays the most. I've not a lust for material possessions, but it would be nice to indulge in a few niceties now and then." Grinning, Skull hopped down to the side of the cart, sitting atop a rock, in the brush beside the road.

"Nope. Just sitting around until the higher-ups give us the okay to move out." Twirling a blade of grass between two fingers, Skull appeared friendly. Of course, the little goblin could destroy half of the camp before falling prey to a sword. But he wouldn't do that, humans were too kind to him.

"Dunno. Got some talk about corruption and tainted creatures or something, I don't know. As long as they fall by my club I'm fine with fighting them." Looking to the sky, Skull clenches his eyes a bit at the glare of the sun.
"Killing corrupted creatures? Hmmm... How much is the money for it? I may join if it will fill up my coin-purse." John said with a light-hearted smile.
