Well I'm saying I'm interested. Maybe I'll reserve Utos (becuase the king is about to die and it's isolated), but if you have a country that could do a regime change I'll take that one.

I'm glad to have your interest, Nucleep! Certainly, you could take Utos, though you could realistically take any of the nations not claimed thus far, and could institute a regime change there as well. The two which I might advise against would be the Ksintiosan Empire and Vatrugos, only because those two have had a bit more of a national identity developed thus far. However, you seem to have read enough of the roleplay that you could probably explain a regime change in any nation. If you choose to join, write up your application, and we'll see where it goes from there.
Also, to the remainder of this roleplay, I apologize for my own inactivity. Illness and preoccupation are a dangerous combination.

History: The nation of Maranavok used to consist of a bunch of separate tribes, all lived very difficult and rural lives, until one of the tribes, Tablyt, decided "Hey, maybe if we all make one big tribe, life won't be as hard". So Tablyt did so, and thus the nation of Maranavok became a Benevolent Dictatorship. Tablyt was also aware of the nations expansionist policy, and swiftly put those actions to a halt, as that strategy was not beneficial, and only worked to kill the warriors. Any expansionists have been expelled and are now part of the 2K rebels
Population: 1.386 Million people. 900K are in Tablyt, and the rest are scattered around the nation.
Environment: Mostly jungle, and thus hard to navigate, but the Maranavokians have begun to make a road system.
Major Cities/Infrastructure: The majority of the population lives inside a single city, named Tablyt, after the tribe that made the nation, but there are several smaller cities scattered around there, each with a priest from Tablyt in charge, but there is a small amount of rogue groups around the edges of the nations territory who don't like all being one big tribe. These are not included in the population, but they number about 2000
Expertise: Spears. Their spears are made using iron, as they haven't found metallurgy yet, but they have several different methods that they use to both harden the wood on the shaft of the spear, and to sharpen the iron. It takes several days for a blacksmith to make a spear, but they are very hard and sharp, making them sought after by other nations. After that, they get ritually blessed, which really doesn't do anything but Placebo effect, and the ritual takes time, which is the main reason that their spears take so long
Military: Consists of people with spears, bows and arrows.
Culture: Rather ritualistic and religious, where the priests are highest ranking in society, then the blacksmiths, warriors, farmers, and finally, merchants.

Other:
I have only one issue with your application - it has already been established in-roleplay that Maranavok is a very militaristic, expansionist nation, which is currently threatening invasion into the Cantaraves, Arenthia, and perhaps T'ing-Mat'ao, depending on the future of an alliance between these two nations. So, if you could just add something about that in the history section, I believe we should be fine (the rest of the history is fine, and can easily fit in). If you would prefer to not have that as part of your nation's persona, you could describe a recent change in governance which has removed this expansionism from the nation's mandate.
Took me a while, but I have finally delivered this app!
Name
Mendratian Principalities
Government
The Mendratian region is composed of ten individual tribes, which are autonomous from one another. The collective interest and expanse of these tribes led them to form a coalition ruled by an aristocratic board. The respective representatives of each tribe act as their 'ambassadors', differentiating them from their respective kings and queens, but sets them at par in terms of social esteem. The ambassadors of every nation form a board of regional administration once every two years. Both the title of 'tribal king' and 'tribal ambassador' are inherited from father to son, or to daughter if there is no male child to heir the title in the family; save for two tribes that are ruled by a Matriarchic social system.
History
It is believed, according to the folklore and any conducted research, that the Mendriatian people were once part of the group that now occupies the Q'rin region. A small group migrated at some point around a millenia ago, towards Lake Karabat, but after they had travelled through the hardships of the Riplent mountain range, locals greeted them with violence, forcing that group to seek shelter in the sun-smoked plains of the Ay'ul Desert. Tribes started appearing as people banded together to survive, through hunting and cultivating the small land patches that surrounded random oasis points within the desert. Halfway through their historical development, the relationships among these tribes had fall-offs, leading in short but bloody conflicts. Eventually, these tribes recognized their need for collective development, in order to survive in the harsh conditions of the desert by helping each other, and collectively fending off from invaders coming from the west; forming the principality that governs the greater Mendratian region.
Population
Aliya: 40,000 people, Matriarchy
Borat: 68,000 people
Chun: 122,000 people, Matriarchy
Daisuke: 240,000 people
Erasil: 36,000 people
Feng: 178,000 people
Guanyu: 16,000 people
Hana: 100,000 people
Intsu: 20,000 people
Jiahao: 80,000 people
Adding up to a total population of around nine hundred thousand people.
Environment
Mendratia hosts a wide range of different environments thanks to the unique geography of the nation. Central Mendratia is vast expanse of desert, scorched by the sun in the day which succumbs to a remarkable cold during the night. No plantations can be found here. Guanyu is the only tribe that can be found in the region, and due to the harsh climate, the population never sees a number of more than eight thousand people. They live in groups, gathered around the oasis as families.
Northern Mendratia is quite dry, compared to the rest of the country. Due to the mountain range that lies even further in the north, the three tribes that reside in the region experience a heavy cold that almost never escalates in snowfall. This mountain range protects Southern Mendratia, where the climate is damp and hot, almost tropical. The southern edges of the country that don't befall on the mountain range enjoy annual dowpour seasons that can last up to six months per year, rendering the climate ideal for plantation.
But perhaps the true blessing of the land is where Western Mendratia lies. There, the climate doesn't fluctuate often thanks to the lake of Karabat, and partially due to the mountain range in the north that protects the region from the frigid norhern winds. The region enjoys a warm climate, set by mild dry winters, and damp summers that are accompanied by a rainfall season spanning for three months. On the other hand, the far eastern expanses are not as lucky as their western counterparts. Due to their close proximity to the Riplent range, the weather is cold and dry, through the entire span of a year. Jiahao, Intsu, and Hana therefore, become popular during the winter season for their heavy snowfalls, coming from the dry winds that surround the region, trapped within the mountain range, and eventually hit the east during Autumn.
Major Cities/Infrastructure
Most tribal infrastructure is limited to simple huts and burrows, being the dominant form of housing in the entire region, save for Feng, Chun and Daisuke. Hana and Jiahao are small, neatly organized towns: featuring dinstinctable dirt roads, and public facilities such as public baths, horse stables, and governmental structures owned by the respective royal families. Guanyu and Aliya feature tents and burrows respectively, as the people there have to endure long exposure to the harmful radiation of sunlight.
Feng, Chun and Daisuke is where real Mendratian development can be admired. All three of these tribes are organized into cities, with about a third of their total population living within a walled and secure town, and the rest in villages surrounding these walls where the commonfolk cultivates the land. These cityscapes follow an oriental building pattern, where Feng and Chun resemble majestic cities straight out of a fairytale. Roads there are paved in cobblestone, there's an organized caravan route that connects the three tribes, with caravans that depart from each respective tribe twice per day. These three cities also feature a water network, which draws resource from the lake and distributes it to the farmlands that surround it through a series of artificial canals and Roman-styled stone vents. Such infrastructure is close to unknown to the rest of the tribes.
These three cities also feature docks, rendering them the key players in economical development with their neighbours. This fact grants the representatives of these cities, the highest regards during the biennial meeting of the tribe ambassadors.
Expertise
The expertise of the people of Mendratia is perhaps what has kept them alive for so long; adaptability. The harsh living conditions in the desert lands of Mendratia demand keen-minded residents capable of outperforming where nature has designed them to faulter. They all specialize in guerilla warfare tactics of military, being one of the very few nations to boast a military unit dedicated to guerilla tactics. The fragile Mendratian economy is mostly based on wheat and rice farming, and the export of silk products, a skill in which the west flourishes. Other expertises include hunting, building and mining, whilst a large portion of the northern people focus in the development of timber, and products that relate to timber such as bows and heavy siege equipment.
Military
Comprised of eighty thousand active members, the Mendratian military employs ten percent of the total population, of which thirty percent is in active patrol and another forty percent focuses in guerilla warfare, both inside and outside of Mendratia.
The Western Guard
Active personnel: 25,000 guards.
Base of Operations: Daisuke
Heavily armored, standardly issues bows, longswords, scimitars, and with a selection of simple siege equipment available at their disposal.
Coat of Arms: Two scimitars intercepting one another on a red shield.
The Guerilla Army
Active personnel: 35,000 soldiers.
Base of Operations: Chun
Lightly armored, they prefer setting up traps, and wait for their victims to fall into them as they move to ambush. They yield scimitars and slingshots.
Coat of Arms: A monkey, depicted in armor and holding a slingshot.
The Bastion
Active personnel: 5,000 "hands".
Base of Operations: Secret
The Bastion forms the most vigilant force of the Mendratian army. They only answer directly to the council of the ambassadors, which must be called in order to mobilize the Bastion. They yield specialized equipment such as superheavy armor, militarised ships, and portable siege equipment. A force not to be disregarded.
Coat of Arms: The head of a boar with prominent tusks.
The National Guard
Active personnel: 15,000 guards.
Base of Operations: One within every tribe.
Lightly armored cavalry, they enact as regional police under the rule of each respective king that the unit is deployed. They can be called by any king who needs to solve a matter being disputed, their word being counted as a voice of a jury. Think of them as a highly responsive police unit that can be dispatched within any tribe of the nation if necessary.
Coat of Arms: A pair of wings of a pidgeon weaved on a green piece of silk.
Culture
Even though the diversity sets the bar for vast differences between the different people of Mendratia, almost every one of them shares a set of identical traits. The people of Mendratia value the bond of family first and foremost; the oldest male member of the family (or female, in Aliya and Chun) hold all rights to their family name, the decision of course of actions, and their partifipation in public affairs. His opinion is always the one to come in effect, however his/her spouse/husband has the right to object to it, if every child within the family over the age of twelve is against that opinion. Blood bonds are killing force for the Mendratians - going to such extends as to wage vendetta between two families if their respective interests co-exist within the same influencial spectrum.
The modern people of Mendratia recognize the need for a collective course of action among the various tribes that inhabit the desert and its locales. They respect their tribal ambassador as much as they love their king, often holding him to even higher respects after the imminent result of a biennial meeting, often hosting large banquets for them which the king attends as a guest and not a host. For these reasons, the ambassador's family always becomes the focal point of local chatter - if the integrity of their social position is undermined, the famiy might face crisis, and even collapse. After collectively recognizing the downfall of the current ambassador and his family, the regional king solely holds the right to appoint a new family from the royal court to bear the title of 'the ambassadorial family'. Their choice however usually means that the family, even though it is held to high respect, is still being manipulated by the king/queen of each tribe.
Fine arts are a passion of the developed world in Mendratia. Chun, Feng and Daisuke edifice the main music and literature scene of the country, developing excellent musi colleges that train professional bards and instrumentalists that provide entertainment to both the lower and the higher tiers of the society. However, apart from these three cities, no other cultural centre exists in Mendratia. The far east can only rival the three great cities in terms of music - they train their own school of musicians there, but the complexity and beaty of their compositions cannot rival that of their western counterparts. The stories expressed through both music and literature usually focus around the daily life of the people, as seventy percent of trained musicians prefer performing for the commonfolk rather than the wealthier classes. The remaining thirty percent focuses on heroic deeds and legends, passed through generations of generations within the families of Mendratia. About heroes who fended the nation from invaders, about great kings and conquerors that sieged the deserts and civillized the wild tribes that resided before them. This epic genre can only be enjoyed within the courts of Western Mendratia.

My only comment is that your tribal names are really quite random and unpatterned; I love how you seem to have drawn them out of thin air without any plan whatsoever. Very respectable and admirable. MEANWHILE...
The Nation of Tamlar under the ownership of Fishsticks shall henceforth revert to a state of being unowned due to the inactivity of the owner.
The Nation of Tos under the claim of Ethansito should really post its application.
The Nation of Riplentique has been claimed.
The Nation of T'ing-Mat'ao has been claimed.
Government: Representative parliamentary democracy, but with a separately elected head of state. The Senate makes the laws, but the head of state, also known as the Caesar, controls the military, although he can’t exercise that right until the Senate declares war. The Senate is reelected every month based on their intelligence, but the Caesar is reelected twice per year (on the summer and winter solstice), thus prominent philosophers, scientists, and artists are usually elected to the Senate. It is also a federal state, as the power is balanced between the central government and the provincial governments, which are direct democracies. The people also elect executive magistrates that lead the province as well as become the senators.
History: The T'ing and the Ma'tao were two of several warring states that had fought for millennia, before a man whose name has been lost to time united the many tribes and became the first king of the T'ing-Ma'tao Empire. After centuries of dynasty after tyrannical dynasty, the people finally overthrew the king, and after this Great Revolution, they created a new government under a constitution. From then on, a democracy was created, the world’s first and oldest. They became rich after a decree was made forcing foreign countries to trade that involved precious metals or gems in some way; either those for raw materials or products for those. Since then it has been relatively stable, albeit never quite the same. Being pacifist and isolationist, they have not been in a war since the Revolution, although that may change in the future, what with the right-wing populist Donaldus Conflo being recently elected to Caesar and the TMIP dominating the Senate.
Population: Around 2 million, mainly in the cities although the farms are important to the democratic process.
Environment: Jungles toward the south, with temperate forests in the center and tundra and taiga to the extreme north. There are also eastern coastal plains with a Mediterranean climate, which is used for wheat, corn and rice farming, although it is particularly famed for their vineyards and wine. However, it is extremely mineral-poor (other than moderate amounts of coal, iron, copper and tin to the north, as well as copious amounts of useless yellow rocks that make your hair fall out), meaning they must import the majority of raw minerals.
Major Cities/Infrastructure: While most of the largest cities are prominent ports, the capital Poseidu is at the center of the entire republic, and it has been said to be grander than any other city on the planet, although that is probably untrue. Well-paved roads, canals and aqueducts connect city to city and from the northern mines to the urban south for intra-country trade.
Expertise: Fine arts such as sculpture and painting, huge construction projects, high culture, philosophy, mathematics, general intelligence, and scientific advancement (for example, they have figured out that the Earth rotates around the sun). However, they are weaker in military experience and practical knowledge.
Military: The military’s budget has fluctuated wildly throughout the years, although it has usually remained low, as the people are pacifist. However, the military has discovered ‘Greek fire’ and rudimentary gunpowder to counteract the military disadvantage. Everyone has very basic military training, but again, nobody’s an expert.
Culture: It's a fusion between Chinese and Greco-Roman culture (more the latter than the former), which even extends to their religion – a pantheon of spirits or gods that govern each form of matter. The religion also has reincarnation based on the deeds you do in your life and the contribution to society; the worst of them return to the spirits and fade away, never to appear on this mortal realm again, and the rest of them reincarnate into another form, be it animal, plant or human, based on their actions. The ones who have reached enlightenment through selflessness and honor are able to escape life and meet the spirits themselves. As to culture, it is a matriarchical society, as the oldest woman is the head of the house, and you are supposed to obey the head without question. Other elements of this society include filial piety and hospitatility. While technically anyone can be elected to the Senate, many Senators are women, and in fact, this is the first male Caesar. The economy is a form of Incan proto-socialism, where everyone that isn’t in the government becomes a menial, albeit versatile, laborer but everyone gets the eventual goods (both crops and minerals) that come out of this arrangement. The division of labor is outlawed, so nobody is an expert but everyone is good at most menial labors, such as mining, farming, sewing, metalworking, etc. Pacifism is widespread, and the intellectually minded populace prefers not to talk with the outside world. Education is done at home, although the smarter ones can be given a tutor.
Color: FECD21, if not that, then 00A86B, or 01FF00
Other: Currency: The draco, worth 1/10 gram of gold.
GDP, in US dollars: $750 per capita
Calendar: It is based off the date of the founding of the republic, the year is currently 209. However it is a lunisolar calandar (like the Chinese calandar), so it has not actually been 209 solar years since the republic's founding.
Technology: Movable print, 'greek fire' (state secret), gunpowder (state secret), paper, the aeolipile (a popular children's toy although they don't know its potential), compass, astrolabe, repeating crossbow, repeating ballista, catapult, trebuchet, stirrups, junk (ship), indoor plumbing, watermills, abacus, glass & porcelain, sawmill, blast furnace, arches and domes, etc.

Dibs on Maranavok
Name: Maranavok
Government: Benevolent Dictatorship
Colour: White on the map.
Other:
That's still fine!

The Guerilla Army

Whoosh, this took me a while. Chances are, I've made many mistakes and made things too complex here and there. Please point me to whatever you believe needs to be bettered, and I'll see to it.
I know that I've been promising this app for around a month. Well, now that I've went through it and it is up, I can finally bring my full attention to roleplaying. Thanks for bearing through this crap in advance!
Edited! It might even still be slightly expansionist, mostly because the people who liked that have been banished... to the borders of the nation
Alright, this will be suitable. You are officially accepted! Welcome!
No worries! It was well worth the wait. I believe this is perfectly fine - definitely a quality application. My only comment is that your tribal names are really quite random and unpatterned; I love how you seem to have drawn them out of thin air without any plan whatsoever. Very respectable and admirable. Any way, accepted! Welcome!
Name: The T'ing-Ma'tao Republic
Other:
Currency: The draco, worth 1/10 gram of gold.
