Jen was given instructions to go to a certain place, she took the piece of paper and read it. "Duhbuh- Doo boo- Dubuh- Screw it." She spoke, before painting a pegasus on a nearby wall, touching the wall, and watched it come to life. She smiled seeing such a majestic creature come to life, she stroked it's head and got on. "Alright bud, take me to dubuque, Iowa.... I actually said it right."
The pegasus flew into the sky, leaving a purple trail of paint, it shouldn't be too long before she gets there.

More footsteps were heard and a younger woman with dark angel wings approached. She watched everything happening and sighed.
Gideon felt the presence of the woman and was caught off guard. He was grabbed by the mech and held. Kugshini saw the woman and easily finished his drone. He kneeled when she approached.
She sighed and spoke in a slightly british accent. "Now, boys. Why are you being idiots?"
Kugshini bowed in slight fear. "I apologize, Miss Synystre. We came for the rent and the newest heroes got in the way."
The lady sighed. "I don't care. Stop playing and get home. We have an emergency meeting."
Kugshini began to walk next to the lady. Gideon dissolved in fire and appeared next to Katarina. He pulled a black rose out of his sleeve. "For now, we must part ways. But we will meet soon. I do anticipate that day." He winked and tucked the black rose into her hand. He walked away and next to the lady.
The lady looked at Vincent. "We will be back for the payments."
Lahire wasn't too shocked that the Viper caught Gideon, but then was interrupted by some girl with wings. As long as she didn't cause any trouble, there'd be none. Apparently she was of some importance to the minor villains, but since she didn't do anything, neither would Lahire. "Aw... Right before I was going to test something... Ah well. Have fun at your meeting!"
Lahire descended from above, not transforming or dismissing Viper yet. He didn't know if they were truly retreating, or just waiting for us to let our guard down. "Told you I wasn't showing off. Who's the newcomer? Another one of us I suppose?" Lahire looked at the person standing next to Katarina, wings adjusting every now and then.

The lady looked at David and chuckled. "We will be keeping an eye on you, David. Till next time. Rei, Vincent." The lady, Kugshini, and Gideon all vanished in a burst of blue and black fire.
Rei sighed. "Well, now that that is all over, we should probably head back to my place to rest up and introduce everyone."
Lahire snickered a little at how frustrated the man was over something so small. Even if a bystander was killed, they could've easily been revived. "Bleh." Lahire transformed back and stuck his tongue out.
"Funfact. These weapons don't have the ability to cause fires. At least the ones I used. That, and I didn't really see a point in going farther than I did. He was too stupid to kill. Besides, I'd just become world famous if I used some of the things I can. There'd be no point in having more than one hero. It'd be soooo boring...."
"Do you not know how to test before outright annihilating things? I was bored anyway."
David listened to what Lahire had to say, his expression curling into a displeased grimace as he finished. He was tempted to open his mouth and argue when, stopping himself, he realized that whatever he said would mean little to nothing. Standing before him wasn't a reasonable person, standing before him was a teenager hopped up on power, capable of doing far more than any ordinary person could dream of and well aware of that fact. Seemingly to the point where he thought he could replace all the world's heroes on his own, but doesn't want to as that would be 'boring'. Lahire was certainly not the first teen to think that, nor was he going to be the last, but it was actually terrifying to think so many lives were basically at the mercy of people like him.
"It's not even worth arguing..." He muttered under his breath, shaking his head again as he stepped around the group and approached the edge of the scene where the fight had taken place. Perhaps Lahire's weaponry had not caused any fires, but the explosions alone had left great craters across the park, blast away trees, streetlamps and foliage. Gideon, on the other hand, had made a golem of fire when he fought the kid, thus there were in fact some things burning on the battlefield. David stopped at the edge of the nearest crater, feeling like he was stood at the top of a hill with how deep it had made a hole. Dirt and rocks were strewn everywhere, not to mention wrecked trees and a metric ton of ash. For such a short engagement, it was a devastating amount of destruction.
But it would not stay that way.
As the man stood there, not seeming to be doing much of anything else, the wrecked battlefield began to... Shift. The earth at the pit of the craters began to shiver, as if alive, the dirt and rocks seeming to roll over themselves and then merge together again, and bit by bit the craters themselves started to shrink. Like the ground was spreading over the wound in its flesh it was recovering from the damage, the ash being swept up into the air by a strangely guided burst of wind, moulded into a sphere of air and then crushed within, reducing the ash to nothing more than disintegrated dust that blew harmlessly away. The uprooted and shredded trees began to move, their roots sinking back into the mud and dragging the great trunks into an upright position again, the chunks torn out of them reforming like they possessed some sort of regeneration. In a couple of short minutes, the park had been restored to its clean, natural self.
With the damage fixed David allowed himself a small smile at the sight of it, just for a moment, before turning back to the group with his expression neutral again.
"This isn't a game, Lahire. This is real life, and believe it or not, there are consequences for the things you do."
Rei saw all of the magic happen in front of him and sighed. "This man is right, Lahire. Just because you have this power that is a little stronger than most average people, doesn't mean you can do what you want. Hero lesson number one."
"Hey, at least I showed restraint. I'd say that's a start in its own right." Lahire brushed a little bit of hair aside, with a wide grin on his face.
He watched the man apparently mend the park back together, if not just reversing the effects of the brief engagement. Lahire didn't really know what these people expected out of him. A person who saves and doesn't kill his enemies, or simply someone who could kill each and every villain. Either way, he didn't care which they assigned him to.
"Ooh~ Magical. So.... Anyways, I suggest you run me through on the other rules... Just so you can't say something I never knew about. Oh and I got one question for ya. Do you want me to kill these people? I mean, I don't have an issue with that, I'm just not sure what kind of heroes you guys want. If you had said to kill on sight, none of this would've ever happened. Or are we like Batman, never killing, just incapacitating?"

Rei sighed. "But what if they showed restraint too? And no killing people unless you need to like a life or death situation. We don't kill on purpose or at all."
Vincent chuckled. "I can. I'm a bad guy."
Rei slapped him. "You are about as bad as a raw onion. You've killed, but you aren't like them bad. You are still a decent person. You have restraint. Plus, the dog is the baddest you have been."
Vincent's monster is sitting and panting like a dog. Tongue hanging out of his mouth and everything.
Jen landed right in the middle of Dubuque, Iowa, she dismounted her mount and patted it's head. "Time for you to go home, thanks bud' I'll see you soon." She stated, the Pegasus let out one last neigh before flying away to return to it's original spot. She scoffed as she looked around, quickly, she painted herself a penny board, and she ran her hand on it, letting it form right in front of her. She got on the board and skated down the streets, leaving a trail of multicoloured paint down the road. It wasn't before long before she noticed some odd figures in the distance, a mech, some thing with wings, and a few other dudes. "That's an odd dog..." She muttered to herself as she continued to board.
The newcomer Katarina welcomed and introduced to all of the present individuals looked at her confused and said,
"Are you kidding me?" Katarina responded by smiling and quickly shaking her head in response. After the short greeting from the man, there was, again, a new individual. A rather young women shrouded in darkness with feathered black wings presented herself, her appearance shifted the battle between Lahire, Gideon, and Kugshini to change completely. With Gideon having his guard down, and grasped by Lahire's mech. Kugshini striked down a drone then to bowed down to the women. The women spoke to Gideon and Kugshini, and her voice seemed to frighten Kugshini. He was quick to respond, and mentioned her name, Miss Synyster. She acknowledged Kugshini's story, about how she didn't care, and required their presence at an important meeting. Kugshini made his way toward her, but Gideon, still in his fire golem form, dissolved from the flames to reappear in his devilishly handsome appearance and stand right before Katarina. He offered Katarina a rose, and a goodbye. Katarina grasped the rose and held it close to her, she was too infatuated to say anything before he could leave. Though it was too late to share anything, as the trio disappeared in a blaze of blue and black fire.
Tightly holding Gideon's farewell gift made Katarina too distracted to focus on the conversation her new friends where having. She could make out disagreements and arguing, but Katarina finally snapped out of her infatuation when the ground started to rumble and shake violently. The once, destroyed and chaotic battlefield caused by, well, everyone that was present before was shifting back to it's original state. Trees ambled back into their initial position, exposed roots burrowed back into the ground, craters were covered by the moving landscape, and the scattered ash flew into the sky from the wind and clumped together to form a giant sphere of ash, which eventually turned to dust. The sudden movements caused Katarina to panick, and she fell down from all the movement. After a while, the park was fully restored to it's quite, calm state.
"Woah, that was amazing!" Katarina got up to look at who might have caused it, no one seemed to provide any hints, but she eyed the only one who didn't demonstrate their powers, the 'completely normal' man. The conversation then continued, but Katarina was too confused on what was going on to participate in it. But she could make out that they were targetting Lahire about him 'abusing' his powers.
Rei then sighed, reminding Lahire that they shouldn't kill people, because he wasn't bad, and how they don't kill people on purpose or at all. Katarina then raised her finger and opened her mouth to make a point, before Vincent shared first.
"I can. I'm a bad guy." That caused Rei to slap Vincent in anger, Katarina then slowly put her finger down and gapped her mouth shut, looking bewildered.
"You are about as bad as a raw onion. You've killed, but you aren't like them bad. You are still a decent person. You have restraint. Plus, the dog is the baddest you have been." Katarina glanced at the giant fearsome furried beast, panting, sitting upright, and lolling it's tongue out of it's mouth. The man then cut shortly to Lahire's response.
"If you don't kill them, I will." It went silent for a bit, the man's expression was as clear as his response, a deadly expression. "You know how it goes, don't pretend otherwise. You fight them, you beat them, you put them away and days later, a few months at most, they return with a vengeance and wreck havoc. Wash, rinse, repeat, with the population being the ones to suffer the consequences of your gutlessness," the man then turned to Vincent and held his arm out, and began to accuse him. "While you play your games with people like him, people die in the crossfire, whether it be from them or from you. Every time you fight, every time you fail to put them down permanently, the world becomes a worse place." Perhaps it was best now to stray away from this dark topic.
"Hey," Katarina spoke up, a little reluctant. She squeezed Gideon's rose. "I think it's best if we head out to...wait, where again?" She looked at Vincent and Rei confused. "Ah nevermind, let's just get a move on, we all weren't brought here to argue, right? Now where to first?"

Rei pointed into town. "I have a place right next to Diamond Jo Casino. That will be our base of operations. We will discuss roles and missions when we get there."
Rei transformed into his armored suit and Vincent jumped on his dog. Rei nodded to everyone. "Meet you all at the casino." He lept off into the distance towards the casino and into town.
Vincent patted his dog's back. "There is room for a couple more people on this thing."

Jen was just skating around, trying to forget most of the things she saw. "What am I supposed to be doing here?" Asked the girl as she passed by some fancy smanshy casino. She continued to look around, looking for something to distinguish why she was here. She was told to go here because of her 'abilities' the question is, why? Every minute that passed that let her not think she was needed her made her think it was some mistake.
"Oh, so I have permission to kill says the Ordinary Magician da ze. (Reference yet again.) Hmm... Well that makes my life 3 times easier."
Lahire sighed, putting his hood on. "You do have a point, and I already knew the average cycle of a villain when you don't finish them off. I just thought for some odd reason that we weren't supposed to kill them. Y'know, like it might cause something worse? I mean, I won't die, but not saying a nuke wouldn't just go off if I kill someone important. Y'know, the typical 'If you don't kill them all at once they'll just nuke you.' situation."
"But hey, that's just a theory anyway. I'll follow you guys, lead the way." Lahire shifted yet again with the typical pixelation effect to Vic Viper. He crossed his arms, tapping his elbow with his rather basic fingers. If you could even call them that. "Oh, a souvenir? Wouldn't trust that rose, even if the guy didn't seem harmless. Honestly I wouldn't trust anything I give you either. It'd be just your luck that flower isn't just a flower. Could be a trap. Not sure what kind, may not be directly harmful to you either. Could be something of a camera or tracker. Honestly, considering what we've seen happen, I'd advise against keeping it." Lahire was semi-serious when he said this, but if she kept it and something happened, he'd have 'Told you so!' rights.

Lahire decided to share his suspicions about Gideon and the two others with Katarina.
"Oh, a souvenir? Wouldn't trust that rose, even if the guy didn't seem harmless. Honestly I wouldn't trust anything I give you either. It'd be just your luck that flower isn't just a flower. "But theres also the chance it's not, and after all I've seen today, these guys didn't seem as harmless. Well, not so harmless until you decided to pick a fight with them."
Going back to Katarina's last response, Rei responded on where the group could go from here.
"I have a place right next to Diamond Jo Casino. That will be our base of operations. We will discuss roles and missions when we get there." Rei then transformed into a fully armoured suit that he wore before, and told everyone that they would meet him at the next casino, he then leapt off toward the destination.Vincent then jumped atop his gigantic dog and patted it's back.
"There is room for a couple more people on this thing." He said.
"Don't need to ask me twice!" Katarina jumped off the ground and landed atop the giant dog's back, right behind Vincent. "So let's get going!"
After quite the amount of time strolling around the city, Jen kept looking for an answer, there was nothing. She sighed and walked up to the fancy casino. "Diamond Jo eh?" She spoke looking up at the large sign, she sighed and walked inside. "There be better be a bar in here." She muttered walking through the doors, hearing the sound of slot machines, people yelling at poker, and all sorts of gambling games. She walked up to the bar and spoke, "What can I git' ya?" asked the bartender, his hands busy making drinks. "Yeah, I'll take scotch." the girl said, placing her elbows on the counter as she sat down, the bartender chuckled in response. "Ya' old enough?" Said the bartender, Jen rolled her eyes and nodded, "Yep." she replied, pulling out her ID and placing it on the counter. "Turning twenty in a week, though I still don't know what I'm doing here."The bartender started to pour her a glass while scanning her as he said. "Eh, Painter like ya' should know within the day." Jen replied with a nod. "I better."
||I suppose my character can just pop out of nowhere yeah?
((Well a majority of characters have so far. So yep, you're good to go.))
Jen was given instructions to go to a certain place, she took the piece of paper and read it. "Duhbuh- Doo boo- Dubuh- Screw it." Every time you fight, every time you fail to put them down permanently, the world becomes a worse place." Perhaps it was best now to stray away from this dark topic.

Half full? Half empty? Something else altogether? You decide.
Could be a trap. Not sure what kind, may not be directly harmful to you either. Could be something of a camera or tracker. Honestly, considering what we've seen happen, I'd advise against keeping it." Katarina turned away from him, glaring, tightly holding Gideon's gift before responding.
"I better."
