Personality: Telira is a rebellious girl, who hates the Law. She is mostly cold, though if you prove you are trustworthy, she will warm up a bit. She enjoys the thought of leaving, and wants to try to leave.
Back-story:
Telira was born and raised in the Citedel, and has always hated not being able to leave. She always dreamed of leaving the Citedel, and living a normal life away from the Council. Her father wrote things on notes, and set them on doors all the time, saying things like 'The Law is corrupt. They Law must be stopped' and 'The uprising is beginning, Tell the Council there is no where to run'. One day, when she was seven, her father was caught by the Law going outside the Citedel. He was taken to the middle of town, and publicly beaten. Telira watched in horror as her father was beaten, while screaming bloody murder. Others, mostly higher class people and those who respected the Council and the Law a lot, shouted. "Beat him! He left the Citedel! He disobeyed the Law!" Her mother was forced to watch, as well. She was crying her eyes out, whispering thing too quiet for anyone to hear. They beat her father until he was dead, not wanting to put him in jail, as they thought it was being 'too nice' to such a criminal. Her and her mother became 'Ex-Placed' a few week later, and were beaten, yelled at, and mocked by the Law. When Telira was ten, her mother had enough. One night she left the Citedel without Telira, and never came back. Telira was devastated by this, thinking her mother would have taken her anywhere with her, even left with her. But she was wrong. When Telira later lived in Civilia, plotting against the Law, and the Council. She planned to leave the Citedel, and find her mother, though she might be dead. Two years later, she got a bird...From her mother. It was written in blood. It read 'I'm sorry, my angel...' She knew then that her mother was dead right then. She hated the Law even more then. They made her leave..They killed father..She died..And it's all because of them! She would think, only making her anger grow. As she grew, she became more and more of a rebel. When she was thirteen, she decided she didn't want blonde hair anymore. She got green flowers, and other green plants, and crushed it, adding water. She crushed it all up until it was all liquidy, then put it in her hair, making it green. She was made of for a while because of her green hair, but she ignored it.

((Now I accept. We can start with everyone waking up in their houses and going out to wherever their parents send them for groceries. I will make an app for my character.))

Telira drags her feet around town, sighing. "..I'll need food.." She murmurs to herself, before walking off towards a market for food. When she gets there, she wanders around, looking for good food to buy.

A loud voice came out of all of the speakers located almost everywhere in the Citadel. "Hello, citizens of the Citadel. It has been over fifty years since we put an end to the war that scarred the world we used to live in. Now, we have a thriving civilization as the last people alive and in five days, a new generation of hard workers and adults will go through the Trials for their Placement. I wish you all good luck in advance."

Telira sighs. "Ugh..Trial..Trails..I don't want to stay..Grah..This is a terrible place..Locking us up..Not letting us see the outside world.." She mutters this as she buys some food, her lips pressed together in a tight line.
Timothy wakes up, hearing the announcements. He rushes to put clothes on. "waking up this late won't go so well once i'm placed." he murmurs to himself. Timothy rushes out the door- almost forgetting money- to buy groceries, when a strange sight stops him. A girl, about his age. With green hair. Timothy heads to the store, only to realize both of them are going to the same one. He tries not to stare at her... much...

Terlira doesn't seem to notice Timothy, and she continues to wander around the market. "..This was more fun when I was little..And I went with mom.." She mutters, and cringes at the memories. "..Ugh..I miss her still.." She sighs. While walking around, she bumps into Timothy. "Sorry.." She murmurs to him.
"Its okay..." said Timothy. he picks out a cheap brand of cereal, a gallon of milk, and some bread. he begins to walk towards the counter to check out.

Telira nods, before slowly walking off. She decides to pick up some zucchini, potatoes, rice, and beans. She walks slowly to the counter to buy it. She rummages around in her pockets, before pulling put just enough money for the food. She sets the money on the table, before lifting her stuff, but instead of leaving, she stays. Why not.. She thinks Not like I'll miss anything..
Casey got out of bed slowly, being told about the announcement after she was finished getting ready. Her current guardian telling her to go out and get the groceries. She received the money required to get the usual, along with some extra as well. She then put on her hat and cloak and left, it didn't take her long to get there. Once there she noticed a strange girl standing around, she just glanced at her as she quickly gathered the usual stuff she got. Once she paid for it she looked once more at the strange girl and approached her, her current appearance still making her look like a boy. She just stood there, studying the girl without saying a single word, coming off as creepy as she just stared at her.
Casey just smiled before responding, "Hello, you are a strange person. I'm guessing that you dyed your hair green or something?" She then continued studying her, now moving around in circles, curies about her.

"..Uhm..Yes..I did..And thank you..I am strange..I guess." She chuckles, turning so she faces her while she circles her. "..Why are you staring at me..?" She chuckles again.
"Nothing better to do I guess." Casey replied as she stopped. She then sighed and said, "You must be 16, I am as well. I'm hoping I get into the Law just like my father and my current guardian. That way I could get revenge on those who killed my father and forced me to have to live with his close friend. He worries about me, thinking I'm weird for some reason." She was now looking at her again, grinning in a way to conform her statement.

Telira clenches her fists tight, growling quietly. "...The Law killed my dad when I was seven..And made my mother leave the Citedel..Then later die...I'd rather go back to being an Ex-Placed then become a Law..I would kill myself if I became one of..Them.." A tear rolls down her cheek, cringing at the memories. If her mother and father were here, she knew what they would say to her. "..If you love me let me go.." She whispers to herself, knowing that's what her parents would say to her. She doesn't realize she says it out loud, then pretends that she tried to say it. "..That's what my dad's last words were.."
Timothy heads back towards his house- empty, of course- and heads inside. He pours a bowl of cereal and puts the milk in the fridge. He turns on the TV to the local news channel.

The newsman was on just finishing up the weather report. "And that is all for the weather. Now onto the important business stuff. Rumors are spreading about a rebellion rising. We are now going live to the Council to discuss about these rumors." The screen goes to the Tower and then to the council sitting in a half circle around the table. "Greeting, citizens of the Citadel. As all of you have just heard, rumors are being spread about a little rebellion rising forth. I wish to end these rumors. There is no rebellion. No one has enough power or balls to defy us. The Law would not allow it either. That is all." The screen fades to black and the newsman comes on again to talk about cats.
Meanwhile in the Tower after the newscast ends, the members of the Council begin to leave to their rooms within the Tower. The head members, Theodore and Raphael Hythson stay in the room, filing papers. A man with hair as black as darkness and eyes black but not as black as his hair wearing a suit and holding a cane with a tiny golden gargoyle on the end walks in. "Excellent work with the newscast, Theodore. So all of those rumors are gone?" "Yes, sir. All of those rumors about the rebellion are dealt with." "What about the actual rebellion?" "We have several members of the Law in the first few levels of the Underground hunting for members." The man chuckled. "You really think that sending men Underground will do anything to the Rebellion? You need more fierce tactics. At the next Placements, rig it a bit so there are more Law to go around ridding the Citadel of the Rebellion." "Fine. If that is the way. Why not just send in your men?" "Because that would send a scare and suspicion through people about an actual Rebellion and cause more people to join. And then your little empire would fall off of its high chair like a little baby." He took a pause. "And if things get out of hand and the Rebellion gets revealed, I will interfere. And things will not be pretty." "Yes, sir." The man walked out.
Timothy snorted. There's obviously a rebellion, i can see both sides. he thinks to himself. But i don't think i'll be joining the rebellion. Timothy began thinking about what placement he wants. I think i want... to be a Hunture. He finished his cereal and rinsed his bowl.
Casey just smiled, not really listening to Telira. She then just sighed as she said, "You know, I honestly don't care that much. I guess we might be opposites, my dad and mom are both dead, leaving me to have to stay with a friend of my dad. I can see that we won't get along much, I promise you this, we will meet again." She then started to to laugh silently to herself as she turned around, running back home.
