I repair the Turret with 15 HP with a Wrench. After that, I throw said Wrench at the Smoker, which hits him but then shocks him repeatedly, because I pressed a secret button that made it do so.
Anyways, I vote for the Health Increase and the Defensive Skill.

I smoke a lot in front of the smoker. He gets so annoyed at other people smoking that he jumps over a log and into a river, at which point I reveal that I was faking the smoking.
Attack increase and hp skill. Then I smash my vote into the smoker's face.

The Level 1 common infected both hit the missile turrets for 10 damage to both(note that their health bar becomes like a normal NPC after you repair it)! The Level 2 common infected attack kazar and fseftr for 12 damage to both! The smoker hits Bioshock and twinbuilder for 15 damage to both of them! The missile turrets both fire at the Level 2 common infected, and deal 5 damage to both of them!
