Only 2 can be operational at a time, does not follow between waves. Rocket Chainsaw Launcher: 400$: 25 damage, ignores armor as well as weakening it. 5 uses.
If the Ender dragon is still alive, I use my energy blades to decapitate it, which should kill it.
If it's dead, I strike an epic pose.
Either way, I play to celebrate out victory.
Hey! You ninja'd me! Also, did you know you can copy and paste quotes?
The enderdragon roars, louder and louder, as large streaks of light begin to erupt from its body! You notice that the lower portion of its body begins disintegrating into purple mist, and the entire dimension begins to rumble and shake violently! The enderdragon attempts to lunge at you one last time, but right as the claws are about to reach you, its entire body disintegrates! Then, you notice the bedrock platform you are standing on is also slowly disappearing! You and your teammates rush towards the middle as the outer edges continue to disappear, but eventually, the ground beneath you crumbles, and you are all falling into the blackness...falling...you close your eyes...
...
You wake up on the ground. Looking around, you see you are near the stronghold entrance. The sky has cleared, the sun is shining, and the military general is running towards you...for a status report.
EPILOGUE:
With the enderdragon gone for good, the monsters lost all sense of tactics and direction. They still held a few locations around the country, but the military troops invaded all of them, and the monsters easily gave way at each one. Pockets of monsters disappeared almost entirely eventually, and the world slowly began to go back to normal.
THE END
Alright, the game is finished! Well...at least this part of the game. I will be creating a new topic that begins the "zombie" storyline. Here is some info on what will be changing:
All shop items will be gone, although the research system will remain unchanged, the mechanics of shop items will be changed. I will also be much more careful on shop balancing(NEVER AGAIN WILL A POTION OF SWIFTNESS BE ALLOWED INTO THE SHOP).
There will be a team leveling system similar to Bio's perk system implemented, although it will be different in that stats will actually increase upon level up(the team will get to vote on what to increase-HP or attack?) and enemies will have levels as well(is that OK with you, Bio?).
I will probably try to create shorter, but more epic and numerous, missions.
I will fully implement a "rating" system to get feedback on game mechanics. The ratings appeared once or twice in this topic, but I think I should be more diligent about getting feedback.
The new topic will be up in anywhere from a few hours to a day. Once it is up, I will post a link here, so keep checking back!
Before we let this topic die, are there any final thoughts or questions you wish to impart? I will answer and respond as warranted.
"Bio's log.
Date: August 9th, 2013.
Time: 6:42 PM, CST.
The Ender dragon has been defeated. Fseftr struck the killing blow with a pair of energy blades. It's strange... toward the end of the battle, right as we were all about to be killed by the dragon, we were saved by the mysterious artifact we carried with us to the End. As it was shattered, we were infused with an immense power that seems to have dissipated. My head stills hurts from the Ender dragon's numerous attacks. Whenever I think back to our mission to take down the dragon, I can't help but get a migraine. I fear we'll be seeing more unthinkable things when we set off to take down the Left 4 Dead zombies. God knows what's after that..."
And yes, it's alright for you to use a leveling system. In fact, I'm excited about it. I can't wait to see what you're going to do with the L4D story arc.
