GUYS! I don't know how many people know this yet, but when the Flying Cow God demands a sacrifice at the end of level 15, if you kill your pig companion instead of giving sacrificing the Golden Health Pendant, he says that he likes your ruthlessness and rewards you by doubling the damage of your non-God Tier weapons! This is particularly useful in level 16 when you have to fight The Manic Digger, since his heresy protects him from the God Tier weapons.

Lol dude, there's a much easier way to defeat the Manic Digger. Remember the silver tools on the shelf back in that one weird shop? Everyone knows that they were only in the game for a single version and were taken out, leaving only the placeholders. Every one except for the silver axe makes the game crash, so only get that one. Then if you stand in a certain position during the battle(3 blocks north of the first obsidian pole on your left), you can spam the G button to create an army of Default Characters like you could in the pre-Classic versions. You'd think they would do nothing but for some reason they auto-aggro on the Manic Digger and can drain all of his life in mere seconds.
So far, that one spot is the only place where the glitch works. There may be more places too but I don't know of any. (some guy claims he was able to make the original "corrupted pig" creepers spawn en masse but hasn't given any proof yet. Ranas have yet to be verified.)

SACRIFICE MY PIG COMPANION I WEPT WHEN HE DIES IN THAT CUTSCENE AFTER THE MANIC DIGGER, YOU SONOFABITCH.
@Renzoku - Heh, I'm guessing you heard from someone about the 2nd alternate ending with the TNT sword, well there's actually an item specifically for that boss which makes the fight actually possible(though still really challenging) but you have to have a save file of a completed campaign #2 with a few extra conditions, which are finding all of the golden animals/mobs and collecting all of the corresponding rewards. Then when you're fighting against the Neo-Meta-Creepelion, you have him blow up that wall to access the secret crafting table. Then, you actually have to get him to blow up the crafting table inside of that room. He has to be really close to the entrance by the way, so be extra careful. If done right, and you got the conditions like above, the crafting table drops the Booster Boots when it explodes, which allows your character to move five times as fast. You can imagine how much that helps, lol. Of course it'd be a game breaker anywhere else so there's no known way to transfer it to another campaign after you beat the boss. And you can't backtrack at that point, either. Still pretty fun though. The general lack of speed-increasing items bothers me, but oh well, at least there are still plenty of mounts elsewhere.
Did any of you find the "Secret chapter" entrance during the infiltration of the creeper hive? I almost completed it, but I couldn't quite catch the chaos diamond in the time limit.
Edit: Also, at the end of that mission, when you arm the TNT and Lemonoctopus stays behind to make sure the Creeper husks don't disarm it, possibly the most heroic death in a game yet, so unique.
at the start, turn around and bomb jump upwards, you will go through the ceiling, this is a second diamond and a short cut
I'm still stuck on the skeleton siege, they're shooting over my 25 granite walls reinforced with diamond plated steel... Which solved the zombie charge issue. I can't make a roof that will hold, Should I try a lava pit?

That will take too long. Here's what you do (based on how I do it every time, its pretty fun).
Ditch the outer 2 walls at the start. The Creepcon squad will just blow it up anyways. Place your gravel walls around the inner (3rd) wall. That will aid against the zombie siege when they start digging through (think what you currently have). However, use your diamond blocks to narrow the main gate down to a 1x1x2 space to get the zombies to flood through there (they will go attack you if they can find a path to you). The diamond will help prevent the creepers from detonating the space to wide, and prevent the zombies from destroying your wall because they can't move forward.
Then comes the skeleton part. Close your front gate with diamond (looks pretty, they don't attack blocks). Grab your bow and TNT-tipped arrows and fire on the initial wave. When there are too many, jump down to the small wooden shack where you spawned (the arrows will quickly shatter it) and take the obsidian blocks that you haven't used yet. Avoiding the large waves of arrows, build a small shelter around your front gate (make sure that you have an advantage to any enemy that enters) and open the hole in your front gate. They will flood through, but if you have Thor's Javelin or the obsidian arrows, you can survive. Armor is not necessary because the arrows don't damage it.
If you do not have Thor's Javelin or any obsidian arrows, make an easy-to-access lava spring. When there are a lot of skeletons inside your room (hopefully you are 2 block above them and are separated by a 1-block-high wall) let it go. the skeletons burn. Close the spring to let more in (the AI will avoid the lava), and just release it when the time comes. It should work as long as you have some food to heal with.
Once they all die, you will be alerted and you can leave your ruined castle for the valley outside. Watch out for the Creepers that will try to ambush you though.
And once again, you guys are overcomplicating everything! Just go back to the relay-teleporter to the moon. The Mask shop guy will be selling hats again, and this time the skeleton hat will be unlocked. Buy it, equip it, and go to were you start the seige. The skeletons will think you're one of them, and you can just walk through, provided you keep a bow equipped at all times or they'll get suspicious.
Wow. I have tried countless times at that siege level, And even after following this discussion, I still can't get it right. But the skele hat worked magic though :biggrin.gif: I have a question for the diamond puzzles afterward, do you have to insert the three diamond shards into the hidden slot before or after you receive the amulet of power?
Wait wait wait, did anyone here ACTUALLY bother to read the inscription hidden behind the glass painting on that weird church part (kinda reminded me of Zelda, tbh) just before you get Excalibur? It's that really brief "dream" you have where you just take two steps and you leave, you can actually stay long enough to explore a bit (there's nothing interesting, besides the inscription and those spiny, feather-dropping cows) if you put a block directly in front of you instead of moving, dig straight underneath you, move 3 squares to the left and then jump. (Yes, you have to walk THROUGH the floor. Not sure why yet.) I found this completely by accident, but luckily if you mess up in the process it'll port you right before you have the part, so you can do it over and over again till you get it right (or just skip the whole thing, but I do recommend reading that inscription for a little more history on Hcton).

How to craft shades to not get blinded by him?
Like this?
Actually its:
It's a little misleading yes, but what you have their is a remote detonator (except the second flint is replaced with gunpowder).

Speaking of crafting questions, I've been trying to make the ultimate sword, but it appears that

Defeat the Grand Slime and all of his divisions using only a feather. It'll spawn behind the grate on the left.
it worked! now i can kill the secret boss alot faster!

Sacrifice him? You are a sick, sick person.
@ibeatyou9 - No, STILL working on it :/
The Notch-Beard helmet and the moon pantaloons are your friend.

i love the beard-arang anyone else get it?
Lol, the beard-arang is an awesome and fun weapon. It's even better with the ez-targeting system upgrade.
COME AT ME BRO!
