If I had to guess at two things that are wrong, I'd go with the Predatory behaviour and the 12 foot height. Predatory behaviour might have just been a simple overlook on your part, and there might be multiple different height estimates. Am I correct in my elimination choices?
Not being a predator would explain the uselessness of the claw, so I'll assume that's right. But if 12 ft tall is right, then that means that it isn't from the Cenozoic... Which would mean... A Pterosaur, perhaps? Or maybe one of the early Aves?

nope not even close remember I told you it is from the cenozoic, the claw DOES NOT exist and it is a predator and I just realised there's another thing that is wrong

So it's not 12 ft tall, it is from the Cenozoic, and it is a predator? And our most important information (The claw) is also false?
So the only positive fact we know is it is from the Cenozoic?
It isn't 12 ft tall, which means it could be anything from 0-11.99999999 (etc) or 12.00000000000000000000000000000000000000(etc)1 to infinity ft tall.
It doesn't have one virtually useless claw, so it might have 0 or 2 or anything higher than two claws. Or, perhaps it has just one claw which IS useful.
Oh, and it's not a predator, which probably means that it's a forager. But it could also be a scavenger, and depending on your definition, it might be a fisher.

Titanis
here's my next one:
Difficulty: Medium
This ones quite early you know, though he's quite the demon, why 'cuz he don't like goin' to the dentists,
He's quite as large as a mutt but he's not the opposite,
Also he loves bridging.

Titanis... Now I understand it a little. Not a lot, but a little.
So to translate your clues:
An early member of a group, or perhaps from an early time period
Bad teeth, or perhaps large teeth, or unique teeth
The size of a dog
"Not the opposite" might mean that it isn't a cat? I really can't figure out that one.
Bridging, I would guess, is referring to the exercise movement. How it relates to Dinosaurs is quite a problem... However, perhaps it is referring more literally to a bridge, as in a land bridge...
Therefore, my guess is going to be Smilodon. It has large, sharp teeth to fill 2. It is the size of some large dogs. It is a cat, but then again I can't figure that one out. Cats like to stretch?
uh huh
Alright, well:
1. It's a predator
2. It's 12 ft tall
3. It has one virtually useless claw on each hand
4. It's from the Cenozoic

closer,also commando yes it ISN'T a predator

For this guess, I am going to say Iberomesornis.

I think this is more difficult than hard.
oops it is not a predator

As you can see, I'm a little stumped.
did I say he had a claw?
...
Yes, you did, and then you said that he actually didn't...
You know what I failed again it is a carnivore and I'll tell you if you want me to
Alright, go ahead and tell us. I'm very lost. Then, try making another one. Preferraby with correct clues.

not even close I myself don't know why I put that phrase there
Which phrase? And my next guess in Incisivorosaurus.
nope I meant "Not the Opposite"
