I turn toward the other ODs. "We might need some serious firepower. This blueprint might be useful, even though its still in R&D..."

Inspired by the titular vehicle of the Metal Slug video game series, these mini-tanks are armed with two Vulcan Cannons and a semi-automatic HEAT Cannon. They can also be primed to explode manually for huge amount of damage. Despite being quite versatile and agile (even capable of jumping), they are not very resistant to heavy artilleries.
That said, I buy a IMC Main Combat Rifle just in case.

I grab the intel and research the Yellow Ray.
Yellow Ray [$850 | 1 use]: Completely, utterly destroys one enemy and forces them to drop all the items they were carrying into the killer's inventory. To bosses, it only stuns. After using, the yellow ray cannot be used by anybody for five waves, or until the mission ends.
Using the powers magnetization, I control one of the skeleton's arrows and use it to level up my magnetization skills and send some stuff straight at him.
I poison tail the nearest enemy, if any are left. Bio, about rage, I would honestly suggest you take my "number of attacks" system, because either A: Eventually we'll be raging and over-raging every single turn, or B: It will be really complicated and unbalanced as you attempt to scale the number up with our levels.

Waterworks Portal Pipe [$650 | 5 uses]: Has an equal chance to expel water, goo, or air. Water deals triple minimum attack as damage, goo deals maximum attack minus minimum attack as damage, + poisoning. Air does nothing.
Super Propaganda [$750 | 1 use]: Temporarily turns an enemy or neutral into a friendly.
Doctor's Crossbow [$600 | 5 uses]: Deals 5 damage to enemies and restores 10 health to friendlies.
Yellow Ray [$850 | 1 use]: Completely destroys target, leaving nothing more than a pile of ashes. Killed enemies drop any armor they were wearing into their killer's inventory, which will automatically equip it. Only stuns bosses. After use, this item cannot be used for three waves or the end of the mission, whichever comes first.
Yeah, I think I'll just lower the rage needed to activate rage to 10.
