I vote for Major and two attack ups, then research the Who's Line.
Who's Line [$600 | 1 use]: Stuns for 1 turn and forces the target to make a witty joke about itself at the end of the stun. If no joke can be created, target recieves 5% of their health worth in damage and the Who's Line disappears. If a joke is made, the line passes to the player who used the Who's Line first, who must spend a turn making a witty joke about the original target. If the player makes the joke, the line passes back to the original target, stunning it again while it makes another joke, and repeating the whole thing over and over again until one side's jokes are exhausted. If the player can't make any jokes, the player recieves 8% of their health worth in damage and the Who's Line is wasted.

You don't remember Bio? Stickcrafter's very first mission in fortress defenders(and the only one) was to retake the white house from the minecraft monsters! Of course, we only half-completed it, but still.
After realizing I seem to post every other update, I vote major and Attack Up. And I also search for containers if that's a thing I can do/guard something random if not.
Quick side question: For now, I notice red means it's not a shop item, but what is the real difference between red and gray, if anything I'm missing not presently obvious?

Red shop items are default or unlocked research, usually items unlocked by finding the three tactician manuals hidden in main missions.

After Minecraft mobs, you'll get to fight Call of Duty zombies. Then Team Fortress 2 mercs. After that, BioShock enemies, followed by Dead Space Necromorphs. Then, Call of Duty soldiers and vehicles. Finally, the minions of the video game creatures' leader, whose name will be kept secret.

Out of all those games, I've only played TF2, but I know about L4D and Counter-Strike.
You can't create allies. They usually show up in certain missions, but some missions will allow you to call in additional reinforcements.

I repeat the attack that I performed on the guy who tried to hijack my crap carrier by dropping on a skeleton and unloading an LMG into him. Realizing that most of my bullets missed, I simply use Gorilla Glue on his joints so that he can't move.
