your rival in that game walks through a gym, a fence, and even trees after you beat him in Cerulean city
I thought he just walked away. Haha. I haven't played that part in a while, so I forgot about it.
Now I'm reminded of the famous Aroma Lady Rose that sees you next to Mauville City in Gen III and can climb over the ledge.
Ha! I remember catching a MissingNo when I was young and naive. Luckily, it didn't mess anything up before I could release it.
I honestly wouldn't be able to even if I tried, Past-Me knew nothing of the trick, and both Past and Present-Me have a nasty habit of losing things we don't use... At least I've played through Crystal on an emulator... Although I might try that trick on my old copy of Blue if I have the chance. My brother had caught a MissingNo and it stuffed up the saving years ago.
Alas poor Typhlosion, I knew thee well...
Me: Alas poor Swampert... He was thee EPIC LEGIT LEVEL 100 pokemon I EVER had...
Wow...really? nothing on the now level 145-once 'M block I have? odd...also, unlike most over level 100 pokémon, this one can fight outside the link club without reverting to level 100!
and really? Missingno. isn't as evil as everyone thinks, I've got at least a full party of them in my Red version.
I've had several over-level 100 glitch Pokemon. But I must admit, I've never had/seen one that didn't revert back down to 100 after a battle, Snivy. That's crazy awesome!
Other than those glitch ones that I caught by Cinnabar and the spamming-of-the-rare candy ones, I've never had a level 100.
Well, I thought mayonnaise was a good topic. *Shrug.
So what does everything think about that Pokémon Conquest game? I've never been a huge fan of the side games, but this one actually looks fairly nice and strategically involved, especially with the "links" and stuff.
I might get it if I ever get a 3DS. This, the New Super Mario Bros. 2, and Pokemon Black or White 2 is probably going to be what I'll be looking at. If I ever get the money. Haha.
Something I never understood through all my life of pokemon: why does every pokemon lay eggs? Some pokemon must be mammals like Miltank. ( I don't think I have to say why )

Different universe. *Shrug. That's a cheap answer, though. Umm... Platypodes lay eggs.
Because then it means that once you have an egg, you get to incubate and take care of it (i.e. walk around a bit with it) and are still able to use the parents in battle.
It would be a bit of a strange dynamic to have pregnant pokemon.

You're right! It's spread to three people on this thread alone. And you guys have a banner! Normally, I would say something about it being insane and junk, but it's just so awesome, I can't.
Anywho, yeah. Pregnant Pokemon. Yeah. Haha.

Shiny Groudon, huh? Did you get really lucky the first time, or did you save and restart until it was shiny like I would do? Haha.

It's a pretty funny glitch to do, if you have the game.
but yeah, I tried to report that to Bulbapedia, but I couldn't get an account there :/
I'ma have to try this! Sounds pretty crazy.
@Mister_Mudkip - It depends. Is it about mayonnaise?

Nope, it's just an infectious take over.
so, some pokemon are platypuses???
I still find it very wrong.

To protect the children.
