There's no possibility for an argument to arise if people remain mature, which is a trait I would hope you all would possess at this point. Besides, the subject appears to have come to a closure -- I merely wanted to bring my observation to light. As for the image, no, I don't have it as I closed the tab a while back.
How long do you think the mane 6 and their friendship would last. I mean, Rainbow Dash would probably have to train with the Wonderbolts, Twilight would head back to Canterlot, Rarity's business etc.
They would definitely want to stay in touch with each other, no matter what happens. Really, I imagine a future similar to that portrayed in Eternal--Twilight, despite rising in esteem, remains in Ponyville. Rainbow, despite performing as a Wonderbolt, would at least visit pretty often. Rarity, despite being torn between loyalty to her friends and the glamor of Canterlot, would keep her base of operations in Ponyville. And the village turns into a town turns into a city around them.

So, I wasn't following the thread when Hearts and Hooves Day came out. Why does everypony hate on it? It certainly wasn't the best episode, but I didn't think it was that bad, and it had some cute Sweetie Belle moments, and possibly the best pony .gif of all time.
That's a shame. It seems like it's been removed literally within short minutes after I posted it. It was an image of Rainbow Dash dressed as a student and posing with the Owl from that one episode where she was searching for as pet. I thought it was very cute.
No-no-no-nonononononononononononooooooo. I was 101% certain I had this picture. I went through my Dash folder 3 times and didn'ts find it. Now I'm condemned to search in every folder to find it. I'm sure I have it somewhere. I've seen it many times before, it's impossible I didn't saved it once.
The picture with Dash in a AJ-like pose, with a kind of bookish-looking suit and her mane in a nerdy style? Posed beside Owlicious, right? Argh I have to find it again.

I, personally, didn't hate it. But I didn't really like it either.

The only good thing about the Hearts and Hooves episode was sweetie Belle; it firmly secured her as my favorite CMC when I watched that. Besides that, the episode was extremely boring or average overall.

I rather like that, it paints a nice picture.
Looks like I missed the closing of the last megathread.

It doesn't matter whether I support or object to the subject at hand, if your argument is stupid I am against you.
Half Life Headcrab, Rainbowdashified <if a word. Btw, this might seem "creepy" to some, but its just how these things are. Those that have played Half Life series, know what a Headcrab is and what they do... It isnt THAT creepy to say, Silent Ponyville is worse.
It isnt a hat, dont try to wear it like a hat, it wants to be a hat forever, not cuddly either...
What the... Uh. Wow. That's one of the odder crossovers.
You know what this show really needs? A song with Big Mac singing bass. Some nice multi-leveled harmony, perhaps. In fact, I wonder why the Elements of Harmony aren't based on musical harmony. There are seven octaves on a piano, after all--one to spare!
Point is, Big Mac needs more sung lines than just "Nnnope" in that one God-awful song in that one God-awful episode. And while they're at it, the Princesses need a big, beautiful operatic duet, even if they need to hire new singing voice actors for it.
MAKE THIS HAPPEN, STUDIO B.
Yes please. DO IT. DO IT NOW.
Topic: What characters do you want to see sing, or what new types of songs do you want to see in the show?
Side-topic: If you were a pony, what race would you be and what would your cutie mark be? (Personally, I'd be a unicorn and my mark would be a fountain pen)
First topic: Sing? Hmmm... I'm really fine the way they are now. New songs? Really, Vinyl involved in some way and give her a small role. Just a few seconds on screen. No talking, just her doing the DJ thing in the back at some sort of party or whatever.

It's huge.
-holy snip of fudge that crashed chrome twice thanks/sarcasm cause now i forgot what i was gonna say to everything-
I doubled and tripled check the picture, I'm now 120% sure it's saved in RD's folder, bringing the total to 501 pictures. D:
AGHHHHHH. I saw a bit before Chrome died. Twice. Twas' cute.
And (oh god i'm so evil), I found this old picture I posted back on the other thread. It's creepy, and not sexual in any way. But you can see it already anyway. Meh.
I'd hate to say it, but I'd think a certain form of Celestia *coughmolestiacough*
Yeah. Not good.

I don't see what's wrong with this picture.
The fact that Tia's mane and tail are pink does not necessarily means it's Molestia...
There's a genuine intention of filling your brain with d'awws behind this picture.
I don't see how you came to thinking that way. I'm usually the first one to see things on the 'shipping-side' but here? I only see a pure moment of affection between what could be a mother and her daughter. In my opinion, this resemble more like a cute little filly seeking comfort from a motherly figure than...You know what I mean.
I don't think this drawing deserves to be put in my NSFW folder along with the real molestia stuff. There's a huge different between both...
I hope I misunderstood you. D:
Sorry for crashing your browser twice with my picture, but I warned you t'was big.
The question being after that.. How long is their life expectancy?
I have not seen Family Appreciation Day in some time now, so I do not keenly remember the exact details of her tale, but a number of us have hypothesized that Granny Smith is several hundred years old, either making her an exceedingly lucky genetic accident, or an example of the longevity ponies are graced with.
Kinda makes me wonder why they usually don't wear clothes, though...
It was established some weeks or months ago that clothing is an unnecessary aesthetic in their society; they already have a coat of fur -colorful, even!- to help regulate their body temperatures in mild to moderate environments. That, and they also seem to live in very hospitable zones for the most part. Places like Ponyville and cloudsdale to name a few locations that are prime habitats in which they may live in comfort.
While clothing may be simply for decorative purposes for the most part, they have their uses in the way of protection from the elements (weather, mind you).
Another guess is that the inhabitants of Ponyville and mostly Cloudsdale specialize in the art of going nude, though not directly intentionally, which could go hand in hand with the previous explanation.

This is because Twilight says in Winter Wrap-up that Ponyville has been changing the seasons without magic for hundreds of years. Personally, I see this as simply borked canon, meaning that the age of the Ponyville settlement is completely open to interpretation. In Aurora Spark, it's over nine-hundred years old. In Split Personality, it's over seventy. Who cares?
But I think it would only complicate things to think that ponies live for centuries. It's certainly not becoming canon. I say they have humanlike lifespans, since they have humanlike everything else besides physiology and method of theocracy.

If you choose to humor her, you have the opportunity to confess the likely affection you hold for her.
If you decide to run away in panic, you will have a chance to escape unharmed.
Either way, she is bat-**** crazy.
You have ten seconds.
Think fast.
I still love her, even if that scene (and that pic, for that matter) scarred me ;~;

Also, Hasbro released luggage tags for every (shown onscreen) city of Equestria, which can be technically considered coats of arms. Actually they're just from a colouring book.

"I'd prefer your friend Twilight. But we can still hang out and junk."
