Here is a place to discuss books NOT MOVIES books say you want to find a reveiw for a book post the title her someone will help you or if you just want to talk about them.
There are 2 rules
1,Only books no movies
2,Do not spoil the ending for other people
In my opinion it's the best book series ever written (unless of course you think talking animals is immature, which is an immature thing to think).
And, because of the fact that there are 20 books that are about an inch thick each, it'll keep you busy for a while.

Terry Pratchett's Discworld books - funny, epic and he just takes the mick out of everything. Also, the Redwall series is pretty good. Can be a bit repetitive plot-wise, but it's decent stuff. On the authors front, Harlan Coben (crime thrillers), Dean Koontz (random stuff - supernatural crime?) and Bernard Cornwell (historical fiction) are all awesome. Oh, and then there's Ian Irvine for sci-fi/fantasy goodness and Duncan Lay for more fantasy awesomeness.
On the non-fiction side, I'm currently reading How To Destroy the Universe (and 34 other really interesting uses of physics) by Paul Parsons. Great, humorous look at physics.
Recently read a book called "The Veil of the Sun" by Rhemus Keel. It seems to be the start of a series, or at least the ending hints to such.
Anyway, great little modern fantasy involving angels and demons, somehow managing to mix this with traditional fantasy and even other mythology. It's rather short, at around 170 pages, but worth a look. :smile.gif:
i only put that in there because i thought someone would say "OMG THERS NO TWILIGHT YOU CULTURELESS SON OF A ***** YOUR MOTHER WAS A HAMSTER!!!!!!!MAXIMUM OVER TROLL>=D"
not calling anyone a troll but there are my reasons don't judge me

to those who grieve
when thoughts keep drifting
as walls keep shifting
and this great blue world of ours
seems a house of leaves
moments before the wind.
