I absolutely love Daft Punk's work. Their new Album RAM drops next month and I already pre-ordered. I love older music before my birth, like classic rock, soul, and funk. I love the funk in this song so much

Finally got around to listen what's the fuss about.
I can see why some people don't like it. I'd have to agree with a couple of people here, it doesn't sound as much ecstatic as it'd be like the Second Coming of Christ. Go ahead and stab me on the back since I don't like Funk much, but...it could've been done better.

It's certainly not for everyone but that's okay musical tastes are different for everyone. I just like funk because it reminds me of clubs where dancing was actually dancing and not sex in public like it is now.
Ah, Get Lucky. I enjoyed listening to the original, but I prefer the Michael Jackson version. Hee-hee-ha-ha-hoo-hoo. Shoot me.

well say what you like about their modern stuff ,da funk is a classic though

imo with their modern sound they must be doing something right because I hear a lot of top producers from past and present singing their praises. unless they are just being sycophants
Yes they certainly have a great reputation, I can't imagine the pressure they have on themselves to be the best 24/7. But they are robots so they can do it ^^
That reminds me, I need to go and preorder their new CD. Even though 'Get Lucky' isn't the same type of music Daft Punk used to make (at least from what I can recall) I still liked it. Can't wait to see what other songs they've made.
It definitely is something in a new direction, but you can only make good music in one genre for so long before you run out of musical inspiration. I can't wait too!
Forgot to mention Nightcore too.
Amen breaks. One of the most used breaks out there, I tell you.

Oh yeah. Liquid DnB is awesome. I was about to post that link
Indeed. They've got a new album coming out sometime this year - can't wait!

So far all day I have been addicted to this song. It takes awhile to get used to but it flows so smoothly.
Dat time signature
I feel there isn't enough deep/jazz house in here, so i'm gonna post a classic.
You see that green button with the plus? You dont have to click it, and I am not gonna force you to do it.
