Regular Show and Amazing World of Gumball are surprisingly interesting enough for me to watch, but don't cover up my favorites such as SpongeBob, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Chowder, Billy and Mandy, Ed, Edd, ;N Eddy, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends (anyone remember that show?), Tom & Jerry, etc.

Omg I completely forgot about Fosters home for imaginary friends that was one of my all time favorite shows
It's like they need to be inappropriate to make people laugh.
I remember a few years back I always woke up to watching Ed, Edd, & Eddy early in the morning along with Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends before school. Then poof, they disappeared. Ed came back... but not for long. They rarely air it. You know, Nickelodeon has a block on TeenNick about very old shows from 20-30 years ago based off "90's Nick" including Doug, All That, and stuff. It's nice to see them taking action, along with NickToons reviving Ren & Stimpy and Invader Zim. I wish Cartoon Network could do that, Boomerang just isn't enough.
Chowder, Flapjack, & Shows around Har Har Tharsday scared me.
Of course, most shows have changed over the years, I mean, Spongebob Squarepants is a perfect example, I remember the older episodes, and I've grown very fond of "Pre-Hibernation Week" due to the fact that a very favorite band of mine and many others named Pantera did the music for it.
That is a great example, actually, I remember all those shows I liked as a little kid on Nickolodeon: (the old) Spongebob Squarepants, Invader Zim, AGH! Real Monsters, Hey Arnold, Rocco's Modern Life, Cat Dog, and so many others. Of course, then Nickolodeon shat out iCarly, Victorious, and a whole other bunch of crappy shows that killed it off.
I haven't seen CN in 3 years. So I don't know what its all about. But, I do know that CN is getting much worse. Pretty soon I bet little kids won't be watching CN if this continues. The old cartoon network was so much better back then. Until now.
I can't believe most of the good stuff got removed. Good thing the old shows are on Boomerang.
I loved the old shows like Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends or Chowder. Some of the shows on now are still ok, like the new Pokemon or Ben 10 Omniverse, but I like the old Cartoon Network.

I agree I liked cartoonnetwork best between 2001-2008
I remember watching animes on Magusi(or what ever its called) which aired in weekdays from 4:00pm-6:00pm and toonami in the weekends from 7:00pm-12:00pm in Saturdays, 9:00pm-12:00pm in Sundays.

Thus, ending my argument, CN is overloaded with all those shows when they really can have a more simple list of them.
All three of the Big cartoon channels died with live action
Disney's Hannah Montana(blah!)
Nick's ICarly wasnt that bad but it did get worse though(Blah!)
Cartoonnetwork's just tried ripping off good cartoons with live action, like level Up(Double blah!)
I mean I remember Dexter's Laboratory and Batman: TAS (dunno if those were cartoon network). Other than those two most of the shows I watched as a child were horribly unfunny. Except for Courage: the cowardly dog, which had always been my guilty pleasure, I really am embarrassed to say I watched any shows as a kid. They were all terribly unfunny, how people call these shows timeless is beyond me.
Hahaha. This whole thread is literally just "bawww everything was better when I was little but now everything sucks!!!"
Remove your nostalgia goggles, please. Cartoon Network is as redeeming as it's ever been and chances are you've just grown out of watching cartoons, yet still have a soft spot for some because you liked them as a 4-year-old.

Cartoon Network's gotta compete with Salad Finger mang.
My DeviantArt, so sexy

(They got rid of all the other GOOD shows for no ungodly reason)
There used to be a programming block called "Toonami" that had anime. I'm not sure if it's still around anymore...
The old Spongebob was AWESOME!
Most of the newer episodes suck.
At midnight the old cartoon network shows return, like the Camp Lazlo series.
YESSS, that's the only reason why I even watch that channel...

ah... good ol' days
I hate the new pokemon and ben 10 series....

Meh, never really liked it, especially when the cartoons were more than childish to me.
