I posted this on another site, and there is no harm posting it here, so:
The leaves were rustling. The birds were chirping. The drawbridge was clanking, as the one named Layah walked into the castle. There were broad tables, big knight costumes, all of the ordinary for a great castle. Layah looked around as the castle was anew. The guards walked by staring at Layah, holding their sharp weapons. For safety reasons, Layah walked back a couple steps. There it was: The new king. Layah, as young as ever, trot to the king's throne with a sharp grin. The king was comfy, and tired. He glared at Layah with his big eyes. Layah bowed down to the new king and gave the king an adorable present. "What may THIS be, young princess?" He said with his gruff voice. "It is a copper piece that my great grandfather had." Said Layah with her high voice. The king was not amused. He threw the copper piece in the trash, and got the guards to throw her outside, with a large thump. With the big bruise on her leg, Layah started crying, feeling like she was useless. She walked to the river and stared at her reflection. "What.... is wrong with me?" She said sadly. She thought about the copper piece. "This was passed down many generations, and please never lose it, my dear Layah!". Her great grandfather's voice sounded as real as ever. Every single day, she couldn't eat, sleep, bathe, or even look at her beautiful self. Her birthday came up 2 days later, and wouldn't bother eating the cake. The king was rude and grabbed the cake. He stuffed it in Layah's face, and pushed her out of her chair. The guards were faced with guilt, but they knew they would get killed if they even laid hands on the king. The young sad Layah, kicked the king's shoe, crying out in pain. The king stared at the guards saying "REMOVE THIS DISGRACEFUL GIRL AT ONCE!" in a horrible voice. The guards gently picked Layah up. "I WANT HER TO FEEL MY PAIN!" The king said. Layah was crying, and thrown in the dungeon. She starved every day, and when she got out 3 months later, she declared war. The guards were filled with guilt, and knew they wanted to save the girl. They all got together and released her from the dungeon, and they walked down to the king's throne. They hid behind the throne as the king kept sleeping on the sides of the chair. One of the guards grabbed his lance, closed his eyes, and stabbed the king's back. His royal bloodline was spewing out, and his eyes turned white. He grabbed the lance and was struggling to get it out of him. The guard took it out and stabbed him in the heart. He fell to his death, falling to the floor. His coat and crown were fallen out. The king was dead.
