Anyway, your request is finished, sorry if it isn't as good as some of my others, you did say that you wanted wings at a minimum and my laptop battery was running really low.

Sorry that this was late, it's testing week at my school. The request is done, but it's not as good as some of the others that I did.

I got all the bits together ut not sure on colours, if you want it to be one of the Pokemon's colours it kinda defeats the purpose of Kyogre and Groudon being Shiny
