For Minecraft Youtubers (though I only watch 1.14+ content from them now) is Direwolf20 (I don't watch many Minecraft Youtubers even besides Xisuma for the snapshots either), otherwise I just go between different ones for different things (Anime, Music, gaming reviews of obscure or well known games, game news, old/new technology and more) and don't really have a particular favourite in those areas.
Otherwise due to making my own Minecraft content that not many others do I find myself not watching as much Minecraft Youtube content due to those types of video not being offered.
