I'm ashamed to say I can only recall Good Morning, Vietnam clearly, but I do have to say it was a great film.
What I liked about it... It was funny, really funny, which surprised me considering the setting (and the age of the film), but it was also very serious at times, and very impactful at those points. It flowed well, it was easy to follow, and it could change its tone at the drop of a pin. I really loved it. I think I'll go buy a copy of it if there's a Blu-ray release available.
In semi-related issues, I do recall seeing Bicentennial Man a long time ago; it probably contributed to my fear of androids, so it left quite the mark. You should probably add that one to the list, just in case someone liked that one.

Either Jumanji or Flubber. Mainly because they were two of my favorite movies growing up.

Mrs. Doubtfire - I remember laughing so much when I watched this movie for the first time, it made for fantastic viewing. And now my kids love it as much!
What Dreams May Come. If you've never seen it I highly suggest it! Like, right now.
Recently I did watch Worlds Greatest Dad, so I guess that probably comes in close second for a more recent movie, but of course favorite classics: Mrs. Doubtfire, Jumanji, Flubber, etc.
I'd vote for Hook because it's one of those films I grew up constantly watching. My brothers and I would recite lines from it word-for-word. That said, I think Good Will Hunting is the best film out of the ones listed. What a brilliant performer he was! A massive loss to the industry.
