Is location really necessary? Cause he'll probably look buy over the internet and they practically sell everywhere. And since he is speaking English, I'm gonna guess he lives in either USA or UK.
Or Australia, or Ireland, or New Zealand, or Iceland (Unlikely but yeah)

That's what I'm going to blame for not noticing that. For everyone else, location would be necessary to figure out what currency he has. He could say that his budget is 500, but 500 what? Rupees? SEK? DKK? Pounds? USD? Yen? Or any of the many other currencies?
I'm going to assume that since OP's not responding that this thread was only intended for him to show off his new purchase. Which there's no problem with, although I'd like it to have more context than "hey I just bought these". A review, or personal opinion would've be nice.
Lol no the headset in the photo isn't new, it's 3-4 years old...
and yes I'm Australian and I use AUD
Is the audio sounding crappy? are the cords all tangled and ripped? no then you dont need one unless you really want one
Well the frame that goes over the head had broken a bit, meaning it's a bit 'dangly', I guess as I should say it.
And i have been accidentally rolling over my headphone cords with my desk chair, but that has not degraded the audio quality.
I currently use this headset I think is called a "Razer Charchias" or something similar. Here's a photo of it:
I don't even know anymore, I'm afraid.

Guys I'm just asking if I should get a new headset or not...
I don't mind what brand it is, but if it is under 100AUD I might consider buying.
