And what exactly do you want to put in this system? Because you're not gonna get anything good for $700 on the prebuilt side, but you can probably build a decent system.
Do you need peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc.)?

Do you need an OS (Windows 8, for ex.)
What games are you going to be playing?
What other system usage?
No peripherals, I would need an OS, I would be playing minecraft, and using a program called Elgato game capture, that is basically it.
Although for Minecraft, it's WAY overkill. Get a $450 APU desktop if you just want to be playing Minecraft and recording videos.
Well, I would use it for steam games in the future. I was just saying that because i can't spend anymore money on things until after. what would you guess average FPS would this get?
Don't double post. If you really have more to say edit your original post.
If the OP doesn't want to build, you shouldn't force him into doing so. Either way, the Avatar I linked is actually a better deal than quite a lot of custom builds. I've done comparisons with it in the past before and usually, a custom build with the same parts (if I could identify and find them) usually turned out slightly MORE expensive.
To the same level as the one I recommended? Roughly 250 for the GPU and 50 for a new PSU.
Just get the one I recommended.
Just a bit of advice : don't get a computer because it looks cool and has "gaming" in its name. The one I recommended is a better value and built to a better quality.
In the reviews, people said they had to get a new fan and that it would shut off every 30 min

Huh, my bad, didn't really read the OP much after the first time.
In that case, OP, are you willing to build?
I've never built a PC and I would only build if you think it would be easy and it would be a better PC than the one you are showing me for the same price

It's not terribly hard to build. Personally I would build just to get better build quality and the choice to handpick my parts, but honestly, the computer he linked is actually pretty good for the price.

Would you buy that PC if you were in my situation?

It would also be nice if it would get 50-70fps average

What about this comp: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229563 if you would compare the two, which one would you get
The GPU isn't very good but the CPU is. Although you really don't need an i7. I'd get the first one.
How much would it be to upgrade the GPU? Just as a price comparison

Do you know anyone that has used or owns this PC?
