I have a single 1600x900 monitor, do I need 1gb of vram on my card, i don't have very high standards so I have no plan of ever upgrading my monitor. If i don't need that extra gb of vram i can knock 50 bucks off my price.
VRAM=/=performance. You don't need more than a single gigabyte of graphics memory at that resolution. What card are you actually looking to buy? There should not be such a large price difference.
Im deciding between the r7 260x and the r7 250x, is there a better 1gb card?
The 7790 is only slightly slower than the 260x and usually a good bit cheaper. The 7770 is another good option if you want something a bit cheaper, it's well above the 250(=/=250x, which doesn't exist).
Which post-maker ( don't know offical name) should I get it from, i see so many like sapphire and stuff.
I need something reasonably small because my case is small. My case is 7 inches wide, will a 5.9 inch power supply fit in it. (Or does a powersupply need breathing room?)

I also have a 7 inch wide case and I'm using a 7950 (which is larger then that card). It should fit. I'm also using a full ATX PSU so assuming you case is similar to mine any PSU should fit.
You can get a 7790 for just a bit more though: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-100356l

What is a good price for it so i don't get a overpriced one.
If the 7790 is 130 i might as well get the $139 260x, but i am thinking about the 7770
(ironic, a month ago when i first looked at this my first suggestion was a 7770...)
Will this be able to max out minecraft on far without shaders and no texture pack?
Is the i5-3330 3.0 ghz processor bad in my computer or am I just being worried about the clock speed?
Wow, thanks i was extremely worried about the clock speed, so what about this card:
