I already have a domain with Godaddy (Used it to hide ugly numbered IPs for Minecraft servers), would it be the logical choice to just get a website with them as well?
I will be running it on Bootstrap 3. http://getbootstrap.com/
No longer valid, Godaddy pulled their support for SOPA and PIPA.
But there is better registrars out there.
Godaddy isn't as good as they once upon a time were, if at all then.

Not my point. The fact that they ever did indicates that there was pressure from either government or their pockets makes them far less appealing in my view. They only pulled out after the reaction was so strongly against SOPA and PIPA.

Quite. But who would use them now a days is only those who have ongoing deals.

"Programmers never repeat themselves. They loop."
Why exactly? Are they bad, limited, overpriced, etc? Any recommendations?

One of them being Namecheap I think is ideal.

Namecheap is what I would say overruns them now.
Their customer service is dreadful, and their uptime ranges from 50% to 1%, depending on how much you pay them.
