there is the parts i have picked out so far but i have a few concerns with it.(Note: this is for gaming and video editing)
1. my bedroom(where my computer will sit) gets pretty hot in summer, so i was thinking liquid cooling for my cpu. then having a lot of fans for the rest of the parts but i don't know much about liquid cooling and don't really want a big risk with. Now i seen some that is prefilled which could low my risk of messing it up. (if you know a great guide on liquid cooling please link it)
2. I feel i could get a few better parts for cheaper such as the mobo, psu, and maybe the gpu
3. I would like to do 3 monitors(not with the game on all 3 but on 1 the option would be nice) I am not sure if the gpu could handle that though.
4. now the case in the parts list is really a place holder because i would like to get a case that has a side window to show my parts off. i want really good cooling for air in this case also, but would also like some leds in it(of course i can always add a some if the case doesn't have them) i don't want to have a over fancy case like the Phantom series but not as simple and the Define R4 (don't want a case with door to the disc drive) so please suggest some good cases that have very good cooling options.
5. Now can i get some good suggestions on 23" monitors please (without speakers please)
to answer some of your questions,
1) custom loop or go home, pre-filled are not worth it over heat sink and fans. also if its hot in your room it won't matter, it won't refrigerate your cpu.
2) you did, see my build above
3) your one gpu won't handle it, you will need 2X gpus to game across 3 monitors well.
4)case in my build has great cooling, no side window.
5) almost anything from Asus should be good, i dont know, i just agree with others on this point.

Prefilled closed loops generally arent all that good, also you cpu will only be as cold as the room your in either way.
Bitfenix shinobi window ( white ) or black ur choice, if you need a full tower go for the xl version
Are you doing really hardcore video editing / rendering? Amd's 8350 might be better since your program's can take advatage of having more physical cores to work with.
If its not that hardcore drop the ram back to 8 gb, also not to sure bout the psu, go for a seasonic one, cx 600 / hx 750 or a xfx psu

well my room can get up to 90-100F in the summers cause it is the attic so any way i can get my parts cooler the better.
I did switch the case to a Shinobi Thanks for the suggestion
well if you think the 8350 is better could you suggest a good mobo for it?
now i can't edit videos on my current pc but i planed to do videos for my wow guild when ever i got a better pc not sure how hardcore the editing will be but i think having 16gb would be fine for me since i do multitask a lot which slows my current pc extreme bad(i have 1gb currently)
Now i did swap the psu for http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151088&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

1. I might go for a custom loop once i read more about liquid cooling
2. yes i did but i think i am going to go with the 8350 but i did swap the 7970 i had for the one you put in your list.
3. ok 2 monitors might be fine but i feel 3 is more even but if i have to crossfire i might just go for 2 monitors
4. that looks like a very good case but i think the shinobi looks a lot better
5. ok i'll look around for a asus one

1) won't be needed if your not overclocking.
2) the 8350 or the 8320? if your not overclocking getting the 8320 would probably be best.
3) if your gaming you need 1, 3, 5, 6 etc monitors. 2 and 4 will have the bezel in the middle and make it a bad experience.
4) its 110% opinion.
5) i know a decent 21.5" monitor if your willing to downsize.

unless your editing for money you won't need 16GB of ram.

1. ok then
2. huh ok then sounds fine
3. oh i know thats why i wanted to do 3 but i don't really wanna do crossfire but i read the card has 2 Mini-display port i have no idea what that is but i am going to read up on it
4. yep
5. i have a 22" now would perfer a 23"
