I am planning on making my computer better for Minecraft. I currently have an AMD Phenom™ II X4 Processor. But my computer keeps going Bluescreen Crazy! I run on a Windows 7 64-bit, very decent and good. My computer also has 8Gigs of RAM inside, so Minecraft can operate better. Ok, for the motherboard, I need one that can run with Intel.
What processor would you recommend? I have a budget of $250. Also if you know any Intel processors, that would be great.

I am looking at the Intel i5 right now. It is cheap, but reliable.
First of all this is the wrong section, scroll down the forum list and you will find one with technology in its name. Secondly for a budget of @250 you can get both a motherboard and a processor. You said you wanted intel so here are a couple of lists.
Well, at his budget he won't be able to have that much of a good Intel system.
AMD is a bit for a lower budget.
Can you not understand we're trying to save him money?

And I'm trying to tell you I'm respecting his choice and giving him the answer he wanted even though there are better alternatives.

Well if he wants intel he can go with this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/gKhL
It's cheaper.
Plus, CPU and mobo are locked. You put in an unlocked motherboard and a bit more expensive one in there.
Plus, I haven't seen you around this part of the forums either...

Im on this part a lot. Ever been in the post pictures of your system thread?
It will definetely make you run Minecraft faster, but note that Minecraft will not run amazing anyways. It's just the game, and the way it's coded.
The biggest leap for frame improvement for me was reinstalling Windows. This might sound like a big hassle, but believe me, it's worth it. The bunch of crap that you install over the years slows down any game you own, especially the crap that actually runs in the background.
I have done the same thing. I have re installed Windows, and even cleaned my whole Hard Drive out.
Before I make a recommendation, could you please post your current build? Download Speccy and provide a screenshot, and check the Power Supply inside your case. It is generally on the back bottom or back top in your case.

Never seen you around.
OP, you will get better performance for the price in your budget with an AMD CPU, the mobo will also be cheaper since Intel charges out the rear for use of their chipsets.

My specs are:
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2Ghz
RAM: 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 401MHz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. M3A76-CM (AM2)
Graphics: 1024MB GeForce GT 220 (nVidia)
Hard-Drive: 298GB Western Digital ATA Device (SATA)
Well, it must be the CPU. I mean, I cleaned out the WHOLE hard-drive to see if that was the problem (Nope), also I even updated all my drivers; maybe some had a newer version (Nope). So I went to a conclusion that, the CPU is the problem. It might not be the right type for Minecraft, or it is not running through all the memory fast enough. Same thing applies for the Motherboard. It might not be right for Minecraft. So it is both the CPU and the Motherboard.

Definitely this too.
Seriously, I think you and I have even posted on the same topic because Ive seen you around.

That's horrible advice.
Get a FX-4300 (if it's in your budget, though I assume so since you're considering an i5), and any of these mobos:

Go buy a 7850 and a new PSU for your system.

I've seen you more in the Post your System topic, not so much around the Hardware forums. Maybe a few here, but not regularly posting.
