So, for Christmas, I got a new video card. I got help with installing it, and it seemed to play worse than my old one. If it matters, the new one was a GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB. The old one was a GeForce 9400 GT 1GB.
Maybe it's my processor is holding it up or something(Its an Intel Dual Core 2.0 Ghz) Or would it matter if I didn't uninstall the old drivers?

I'm planning to get a new processor, but then I might have to get a new motherboard too.

Yeah the processor is a bit slow. sadly I'm no computer genius so I am not one to suggest parts.

i would return the gpu. you didn't tell us which cpu you have though, 2ghz dual core intel doesn't tell us anything. it could be a cpu bottleneck. You also should have reinstalled drivers.

Try to update the drivers, it might help!
