My 2 cents on danielhep's build would be to remove the second HDD and use the extra money to buy a larger SSD. Then he can install his games on the SSD and record to the HDD. His games will also be sped up even if he isn't recording.

I did the second HDD because it would be better to keep his Minecraft worlds on the HDD, in which case he would want another HDD for recording.
