Heyo guys! So basically what happened is that I racked up enough money to buy a new PC, and I need help picking the PC. I need a PC that can run Minecraft on max settings with 80-120 fps, more if possible. I'm willing to build a PC, or buy a built one already. My budget is $1,500. Oh and one of my friends told me about the IBUYPOWER company. I want to know if they have a PC that fits my needs.
See ya guys

It depends on what you want to use it for. $1500 will get you a balanced build no problem, but if you are going to be using it for gaming, I'd go all out on a GPU (Radeon R9 390X or GTX 970, etc), or for rendering/editing, a super CPU should be considered. Otherwise, I'd stick with Link_'s build, but get a Radeon R9 390/x rather than the 380.
I've seen this a few times now, but I just have ask why go so far out with the power supply; the build is only at 378W, why get almost double that?
There will be better PC parts in the future that will take up more wattage so he doesn't have to Spend more money on a new power supply. Also PcPartpicker is not always accurate. I have had that before with PcPartPicker saying I can run the component however I find that I actually can't.

Where in the world did this occur?

Okay, that seems perfectly reasonable.
