You should definitely be able to run pretty much anything at 60+ FPS; I have lower specs can can get 400 FPS at max settings/16 chunks in a quite demanding situation (those trees are truly enormous), albeit in an older version of the game (1.6.4) using my own non-Forge mods (Forge mods are unusually resource-intensive due to how they interact with the game, as well as many modders not writing very good code; for larger modpacks it is a must to include optimization mods, which also means something more than just Optifine, such as FoamFix or Sodium, the alter of which makes some quite impressive claims, such as going from 35 to 478 FPS at 32 chunk render distance). I don't know about shaders but I've heard things like you need 10 times the desired FPS without them, though as with mods this is highly dependent on the shaders used; I've also seen people having issues in newer versions (1.15/1.16) due to rendering changes which are also officially acknowledged to be an issue (I haven't even touched any newer updates since 1.13 so I have no idea how well they would perform).
and shaders at 60 to 75 fps? I want to see if it is my
PC can handle mods so I
Know if it is worth it to buy java and packs.
My PC specs are:
Processor: Intel core i5-9600k 3.70 GHz 9th gen
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: corsair vengeance 16 gig 8x2
I don't know that much about hardware (in fact I almost only know that celerons are bad quality xd) but those specs seem pretty good for modded minecraft.
If I can run minecraft with shaders at ~46 fps on a low-quality 2004 laptop, you can definitely run that on your pc with at least something around 75 fps.
(That was before it corrupted, since then I play on mobile)
What are good specs to run most minecraft mods

If my laptop with Intel UHD can handle minecraft modded, with shaders and max graphics quality you can too with your really good PC
I'd be surprised if Intel integrated graphics could run this game smoothly at all to be honest with you.
But their iGPU's are barebones tech, they exist for office PC's mostly, not gaming.
I get over 60 FPS
thank you 2 for responding I just needed like 1 or 2 answers so thanks👍👍 😄😄
To answer your question about your i5 9600k CPU and gtx 1050ti GPU and 16gb of DDR4 ram, yes it will run Minecraft with shader mods.
Your PC has a better CPU than mine, you've got 6 actual cores, not fake ones in hyperthreading.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
