I am looking for some advice on what would fit best on my computer I am going to be building myself. The max I can spend is $2000 but would like to have some money left over. Below is a list of parts I know I need right now with some information on some of what I am aiming to get. Also I plan on using this computer for gaming, programming, graphics & animations, and more. If you see I am missing any parts that are needed on the computer then please let me know.
Graphics GTX 980 Ti
RAM 32Gb
Storage 3Tb HDD 500Gb SSD
Power Supply & Case 1000w (Prefer a Blue & black and/or white color case)
Motherboard
Monitor 27" x2
Mouse (Gaming Mouse)
Keyboard (Slim keyboard)
Speakers
Webcam
Fans
Dvd Drive (Blue-ray & Disc Burner)

Here's my opinion...
Graphics GTX 980 Ti
Get the GTX 1080. Newer and faster for a similar price.
RAM 32GB
32gb is overkill for 99% of users. Hell, 16gb is overkill for most people. For your specified uses, I'd start out with 16gb and if you find yourself needing more, upgrading to 32gb would be no problem.
Storage 3Tb HDD 500Gb SSD
I'd go with a Samsung 850 Evo SSD and either a Seagate Barracuda or a WD Blue HDD
Power Supply & Case 1000w (Prefer a Blue & black and/or white color case)
1000W is way overkill for a single GPU (or even most dual GPU) setups. Something like a 750W would let you get a more efficient and reliable unit for the same price while still allowing you to run a dual GPU setup.
Motherboard
yep.. you also forgot to list a CPU. At this budget, Intel is basically the only option. Get a good Skylake i7 with a Z170 motherboard.
Monitor 27" x2
Are you looking for 1080p or 1440p, and 60Hz or 144Hz?
Mouse (Gaming Mouse)
Plenty of good options. I recommend a Logitech G502
Keyboard (Slim keyboard)
For gaming (and really most things) I dislike slim keyboards. they're not comfortable and I dislike the lack of key travel.
Speakers
2.0 or 2.1? Logitech makes decent budget speakers.
Webcam
Get the cheapest one. Chances are that you're barely going to use it. I know i haven't used mine in years
Fans
Stock case fans are fine for the average setup
Dvd Drive (Blue-ray & Disc Burner)
Again, are you actually going to use a blu-ray at all? No one really uses disc drives these days in general, especially not Blu-Rays
I didn't put an keyboard since i don't know if you want a mechanical one or not. The cooler is fine if you're not overclocking but if you are, you probably want something better.
2. I would like a case with a sleeker design and with many ports
3. Is there a better motherboard than the one you recommended for no more than $150
4. I will be using a webcam daily as I am a streamer and you tuber along with using it for other things.
5. You left out around 5 things in the total price which ended up bringing the total price to $2291 which is way too much
If I think of anything else to add to this list then I will in another message.
1. He put those 2 because he didn't know what resolution or 60/144Hz you wanted, like he asked in his post.
2. The case is there as a go to cool looking case. Just go on PCPP and stick one you like in there, no one can read your mind and tell what you want from the start.
3. More money isn't always better. That motherboard is more than you need. Are you going to be doing any major OCing?
4. Don't know about webcams.
5. The total comes to $1800?

"Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world."
The total right now is $2291 and the motherboard is not enough as it doesn't have enough ports. Also for the hz I don't know because I am still learning the different computer hardware

What ports do you need that it doesn't have?

I am in the US and idk exactly. But I was told the ports weren't enough. Also I haven't decided if I am over clocking but I probably won't for now unless it is recommended that i do. Also, as I said above I would like the 1080p monitor.

Then the total should be $1800. o.e
I don't what your using, or who said you needed more ports, but I'm fairly sure you don't.
You could save a ton if you aren't going to be overclocking. No aftermarket cooler, locked CPU, H170 mobo etc.
And lastly, you DO NOT need a 980 Ti even for 2 1080p monitors. 1440p or 4k, sure. But a 970/1070 would be more than enough for 1080p.
GPU is still way more than OP, I would honestly go 970.
Alright and now I need to know what would be the fans I should get and the webcam. Also , which order does it go in from worst to best for the GTX 970, GTX 980, GTX 1070, and GTX 1080.

Get a cheap webcam. You're not going to be running it full screen so quality barely matters. As I said earlier, the fans in the stock case are more than enough.
Also what exactly do you mean "the ports aren't enough"? Which ports do you want that the board doesn't have? Gotta be more precise here so I can figure out what you need.
2. I would like a case with a sleeker design and with many ports
3. Is there a better motherboard than the one you recommended for no more than $150

I left out webcam, optical drive, and a keyboard. Optical drive + webcam are $20 each, and a keyboard (as I said multiple times earlier) is depending on your OWN preferences. The total is still less than $2000.
I wouldn't buy a 980, definitely not now. Secondhand maybe, but if you're definitely buying new, pick up a 1070 or 1060 or RX480 if/when they come out. A 1080 is simply overkill for anything less than 1440p 144hz or 4k, hence why I haven't upgraded like I thought I would.
Drop the K i7 for a non-K, get a H170 board, and a better GPU/screen with the savings. You'll be better off for it, 1440p is well worth it over 1080p.

Just my 2c anyway.
That's what I'd do.
A little over budget, but it's where I am right now.
Only thing I would do is get a G2/P2 SuperNOVA PSU over the NEX, and honestly I'd ditch the Blu-Ray drive and get a cheaper DVD/CD drive
He said he wanted a Blu-Ray so I was like sure.
