Mostly on the lower end of things, especially if you don't have a dedicated graphics card. It's capable of some gaming (mostly if you are okay with turning down graphics settings, especially resolution if you are on a high-res display) but don't expect miracles. Should work well enough for smooth Minecraft gameplay though, until you start adding things like Shaders or lots of mods.
Why would you want to? 4 GB is good enough for those specs. Also, the answer is "it depends". Mostly on what model your laptop is, I think most newer ones you can't.
I heard that some cd's are sold which can increase our ram.
That's not how it works. You need to buy some RAM online and install it.
Also to find out your PC model just press the windows key and R at the same time, then type "dxdiag" without the quotes and hit enter. Then just tell us what it says under System Model. Although for most desktops it'll just be your motherboard model, but since you have a laptop it should tell you the model.
Rather than running the dxdiag you get more information if you click the search icon in the system tray and enter "system info" then select "system information". dxdiag is a utility to check DirectX signatures.

I have Intel HD graphics and ADM RADEON
Which Radeon?
Radeon Software Version:
16.6.1
Radeon Software Edition:
Crimson
As in Radeon R9 250
Is there any way to upgrade my laptop by increasing its memory ?

System Model is HP Notebook
That tells me nothing.. I mean something like "Lenovo ThinkPad X250" or "Acer TravelMate P645-SG-79QV".
I didn't say he has an r9 250, I was providing an example.
Where can i find my pc model ?
I'm not entirely sure, the manual/box it came with? Either way, the chances that you have something with replaceable ram is highly unlikely.
