That seems like a ton of money for something that is not fit for gaming,
When you see a GT Graphics card, you know it is not an ideal GPU. But that's not it, even if you did have a better GPU, your Pentium processor would likely bottleneck your GPU. If you were on budget, you could have saved a little more or utilised the budget better for a middle end GPU like GTX 750 Ti, preferably superclocked, not the best GPU but cheap and should handle games properly at around mostly medium and sometimes high and an i3 or i5 processor.
If you can, you might wan't to ditch the GPU and get something like an i3 and use the igpu. From what I understand, the igpu is better than a most of the low end cards, but I don't know if Intel puts lower igpu in i3's. You could always go to a pawnshop near you, if you have one near you, and get some OK components.

It's so awful it's not even funny. It's a $35 CPU and a $20 GPU.
but the one you suggested has a crappy 500GB harddrive
Even with games getting bigger and bigger, like GTA5, you can't run any of those game, even older games like skyrim will run crappy on that computer.
My windows tablet only has 64 gb, and a 64gb micro sd. I put all my games on that SD card, and I sill have tons of room. That fact is, any game you are going to play on you computer is only going to be few gigs.

It's not even games like skyrim that won't run... literally almost any game that came out within the past 5 years will not run at all. Even minecraft will struggle on a PC like that. I didn't even know a GT 705 even existed... apparently it's some slowed down version of a GT 520, which is a bottom of the line card from 2011. The A4-5000 is so slow I'm surprised they still sell it.
Don't try to deny anything that I said, because I owned a build with almost identical specs (AMD Athlon 6000+ and a GT 520, the only games I could run were Minecraft and LoL, both at low settings)
Also I currently have a 500GB HDD and it's not full yet. And I have pretty huge game library..
is this is a good DIY PC?
price: USD: $680,47
i would also like some feedback/suggestions
and the price has to be below
$704,91
well, i live in norway and my currency is NOK so in this country it would mean between KR 5000-KR 6000 thats my budget
and trust me, things can get expensive.

I would just get something like this: https://www.komplett.no/product/864161/pc-nettbrett/stasjonaer-pc/alle-pc-er/hp-280-g1-minitower#
and add a better graphics card to it. Something like this would work: https://www.komplett.no/product/858074/datautstyr/skjermkort/pci-express/msi-geforce-gtx-750-ti-1gb#
That would be much much faster than the PC you posted.
