Hi so I'm looking to get a new PC. I can build one. My budget is around 700. I want it to run Shaders,modpacks, on max settings with around 60-100 Fps. I'll also be playing other games like TF2 and GTA 5 they don't need to be amazing FPS but 50-100 is cool. Anything more is great as well. Thanks.
