You're not going to get "Excellent FPS" for $300.
You're not easily going to get "Good FPS" for $300.
Unless you're planning on playing on lowest settings. And if you plan on building. But even so, Windows is $120 by itself.
I'll look around, but unless you buy used or get a higher budget I don't think I'm going to find anything.

How would this run Minecraft ?
It would run. Just not very well at higher settings. But, for a computer that you never really want to upgrade, it's not that bad.
But that's still going to cost $375+ if I'm not mistaken. OS is $120 for retail Windows 10.
Thank you guys for all your help ! I will definatly leave a rating with all your names one it ! One more thing , can someone send the the full setup( The one with the GTX750 TI) and the windows for a once of pc, that would be perfect thanks guys , oh and what fps would this run , if you had optifine and ran at 8 render distance , fancy graphics.

Minecraft does run on Linux, so I wouldn't bother with Windows if you're not gonna play any other games. Here's a guide I found to help install it if you're not familiar with what you'll need to do.

Then again, so was the original build that he posted. I'm guessing he already has an OS or isn't paying for one?
