I Am Planning To build my first gaming pc. i am wondering if these specs would be enough to get atleast 30fps on max settings (32 render distance, fancy graphics, max smooth lighting) also i will use Optifine if needed.

OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1 64-Bit CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 Quad-Core 3.00GHz RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC-4200 1066MHz HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 3.5 SATA GPU: EVGA GTX 570 1.25GB GDDR5 735MHz (Factory Coolers) PSU: EVGA 600B 600W ATX Case: Corsair SPEC-02 ATX Mid Black/Red Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2PT LGA 775
Monitor: (TV) Element LC-19G77A 720p (1366x768) 75Hz 17.3inches

hmm... i think the GTX 570 will be ok until i can buy the 750 Ti.
My old PC has an Intel HD 4600 Graphics card and i get 16-40 fps with shaders...
so i think it would get an acceptable framerate......
