One more question does the CPU come with a heat sink thing? Do I need to add that or will the liquid cooler be alright alone? Also does the case come with fan movement speed? Can you give me a link to the exact instructions to building the parts I have or at least the case? Thank you.
Can I just say, 2x 980 Ti cards is very much overkill for 1440p. I have just a single 980 and can play pretty much everything just fine on high/max settings at 1440p.
Also, a build of that sort of level is not a good idea for a first time PC builder. Not at all.

What do you mean? Is a PC hard to build? I can buy a prebuilt one instead. As for the 980 Ti's, I heard that they are good for GTA 5, which i'm playing on my old computer at the least lowest settings.
I mean not even minecraft would run like you want it to.
I mean, is there a better case, I dont want anything to get shorted out and stuff. I want extra fans in there to ensure coolness of the CPU and GPU. Talking about this, do I use the heatsink included with the Intel Core package AND the Liquid cooler AND case fans? That sounds like it cant fit into the whole entire case. As for the liquid cooler, do I add water?

If you need to ask any of these questions, you have tons of research to do before even looking at buying.

Just one question, do I put both heatsink and liquid cooler and case fans?
If you have to ask if you put in case fans and have to ask if you put on the liquid CPU cooler and the stock fan included with the CPU, maybe you should tone down the build a little bit...and why do you have two 3 terrabyte hard drives...? I'm really starting to doubt you plan on building this.

Can you make a part list for me and esxplain? Sorry, its hard. Especially for me since I need it all planned out before August.

Wait, so can 2 980's pull off just shaders?
Well I have the games installed on my other computer but it lags, so I'm thinking of playing this on my new build.
Minecraft doesn't even support 2 GPUs, so no. Also nothing can run shaders + 32 chunks at 4K. A 980 Ti should run it at 1440p alright

How is this?

It's not going to run what you want it to run. Just go 1440p.

What do you mean? And part link?
Is there a better full tower case? Like extra fans and stuff? Costing
more? More quality and cables?
That case is fine...

Ok, but the case? Can it get better?

and Mojang is getting DdoS'ed.
Doesn't the case have 6 drives?....
Ok, I found out I have to remove the stock fan and cannot use it, I don't need to add water too, is that correct?
Is this case better? Can you add it?

Add some extra fans into the list please.
EDIT: Can you add a GRID+ fan controller?
I WANT THIS TO BE THE BEST, IM NOT GETTING ANOTHER COMPUTER FOR 8 YEARS.
