Hey, so I'm about to be heading off to college and want to find a somewhat decent laptop that'll last me for at least four years. I plan on taking my desktop I built 3 years ago, but I still need a laptop. I'm taking computer programming courses and I'm not entirely sure of the specifications required, but I'm assuming any modern day laptop will do just fine. My budget is about $600 USD or so I guess, but I want to keep it as cheap as possible while keeping overall lifespan and quality in mind. I was checking out Newegg and noticed this for $500, but from what I've heard, Acer typically feels fairly cheap. The laptop doesn't need to be able to run games or anything because I'll have my desktop for that. I'd just like some suggestions. Thanks!
