I'm looking to build a desktop to play Minecraft, and some other 8 or 16 bit games, such as Terraria, Magicite, The Escapists, and more. I have a budget of 700-800 USD (SOME exceptions, reasons could be because you really, really, really advise that I use it)
But if you're only planning on playing MC and such, I'll put a build together in a little while for a lot less.
Do you need an OS/Peripherals?
The thing is, I DON'T want to play any of those games, for now all I want is a build for minecraft, but in the future, if I DO want to play those games, or their future sequels, I'll make a new build, thank you for the build though

Yeah, that's why I asked, but do you need an OS/peripherals??

You could get an r9 270X or a 280/GTX960 if you want more performance, but this'll do fine. The motherboard is a great board other than the fact that Gigabyte's customer service is quite bad, so if it comes DOA that could be a problem. I've seen quite a few Newegg reviews having problems with Windows reboots as well. Not sure if that's fixed or not. Just things to look into before buying. Although it's not the greatest in things such as power phases you could go with an ASRock H97M Pro4 or something along the lines of that. EDIT: I'd recommend something like a Pro4 over the D3H just due to all the problems I've seen from the D3H.

Great build.
Except, I don't think even that good of a build is needed. If the OP is only playing vanilla MC and such something like a 260(x) is more than enough.

Just get an SSD and no hard drive if that's your budget. $450 pc and find a 512gb SSD on sale for $170ish, way better than trying to juggle your data and games between two drives.
Hey guys, I have a question, I need Wireless Network Adapter, I have two questions: 1. External or Interal? 2. There seem to be so many, which do I chose?

I suggest getting one from TP-Link, since I've had the best luck with those.
It's ok, I'm not bothered about the extra money it's gonna cost me, but, I do already have a pre-built desktop, I was thinking of taking it apart and taking the 2TB Hard-drive, and the wireless network adapter, and the power supply and stuff like that, but most of the other stuff seems really crappy.

You can use the old hard drive and the wifi adapter, but I wouldn't recommend using the power supply, since they usually are really low quality in pre-builts

If you want to, in the future play some of the new titles, AC4, BF4, The witcher 3, etc etc I'd go with something like this.

True. (Unless he's playing shaders.) The 270 will last a bit longer though and it's only $20 or so extra. Just some headroom.

This is all you need to basically max out all the games you're playing.
If you're gonna play more demanding games in the future, I would change the Pentium to an i3 though
