In a local shop there is an excellent deal on A8 6500 and I am in process of buying a new PC. I was thinking about a PC with 760k CPU and I already know what performance will i get in games I want to play. If I buy A8 6500 what performance will I get compared to 760k. I would use A8 6500 with a dedicated GPU because in my opinion APUs didnt had good graphics card until 7xxx series.
What's your budget? It's totally worth the extra $15-$20 to get an i3 over the athlon, it will be faster in just about every situation. Plus intel motherboards support many more newer technologies.

I have 400$ but if I buy from internet I need to pay enourmos taxes and prices in my country are crazy so i3 is out of my range. A8 6500 is actually in a build made by shop without dedicated GPU (with 80+ PSU) and when I add GPU I choosen it will be about 50$ cheaper than same build with 760k which costs 450$
Yeah if there's that much of a difference then it makes sense. Here in the States i3s are $115 and go on sale for under $100 frequently, got my mom a 3.7ghz Haswell i3 for $88 lol
