Hello, I'm newer to gaming. I want a good Gaming Computer under $700. I'm Also new to computer specs, so simplify them for me, okay? I want to to run 50-60+ with Shaders (Shaders is not needed, yet wanted) and full video settings.

Do you need an OS? Peripherals? Monitor? Will you be overclocking?
Are you willing to build? It's easy, and really does save quite a bit of money. But I understand if you don't want to!

Just did some looking around (Went to part picker without even seeing this :P)
I am willing to build, I have one here, tell me if good or not? (I'm new to all this, And WILL NOT overclock, don't care much though if it runs a solid 60 full settings maybe shaders.)

I like how everyone brings up overclocking, when people who overclock are a vast minority percentage of people who build their own PCs. Like even among the people who spend the time to plan and build their own gaming PC overclockers are a small minority. Even if they get an unlocked processor. It's just not worth the hassle for literally zero performance gain in anything unless you are compiling code all day or doing crazy stuff in adobe programs. OP don't worry about overclocking. It's something to spend money on if you want to benchmark for meaningless numbers or to just because it makes you happy. It will not make a difference in gaming or almost any other task you will do. Save your money and get a regular CPU and whatever motherboard is cheapest that has the features you need.
We should just make it policy in this forum that unless the OP specifically asks for an overclocking build, to only recommend what's best for the price which almost always involves a locked CPU. Otherwise there are 3-4 posts explaining to the OP what overclocking is, overselling it's usefulness, and just complicating the matter in general.
This isn't really directed just at this thread, but it seemed like a decent place to post as I've been meaning to say it for a while.

That's a pretty good build. I would change the case however, to something like a Source 210. Also you won't be able to overclock the CPU on that build
