Those specs don't really tell me much about how well it will run Minecraft. I mean, I think that would run it, but I'd need more info. "AMD A series" isn't quite specific enough.
Wat? An A8-6410 isn't going to run the game well at all.
Oh, I found specs for that computer that it had an A6 series, but my source might have been wrong. Yeah, an A8-6410 wouldn't run MC well at all. I mean, you would be able to run it, but don't expect 60fps on the highest settings.

Yes it will. I ran minecraft on worse stuff. The R5 graphics are good for high or medium settings.

No it won't
I've owned a Toshiba laptop with the A8-6410, and only got around 30 fps on minimum settings. That's barely playable.
Anyways I'm pretty sure that laptop has an A6-6310. Which is even worse.

Is 60 possible?
Try installing Optifine. Then, turn your render distance to 6 (if it's already set higher) and turn fog off. That should help a lot.
