CPU: amd fx-4200
Gpu: amd radeon hd 7750 2 Gb
Motherboard: msi 760GM-P34 (FX)
Psu: evga 600b 600 watt psu.
Ram: 8 Gb
Case:random prebuilt case (20.0 x 8.0 x 17.0) I would prefer to keep the case)
Computer usage: Recording with fraps, Bf4, Bf3, Dayz standalone, programming, and some other things
Budget: $750 USD I will be buying these this week or next week..
Why do you want to keep the case? Getting a new motherboard you'll have to take nearly everything out of the old case anyway, so getting a new case won't be much harder. (It might actually be easier to re-install the stuff if you get a case with decent cable management)
Okay, Thanks I did look in the case and it doesn't look like it has very good cable management and I would have to put new risers since my current motherboard is micro atx
Do you have any case recommendations have side panels? Also is there anything to change in my part list besides a new case? and say I had a budget of 140 for a new keyboard and mouse separately what would you recommend?

Don't know much about keyboard/mouse but I know that the Corsair m65 is a great value right now, keyboards are usually up to you because it depends on what switches you like, etc.
Opps I meant to say a see through side panel sorry.
Normally I'd suggest the Define R4 but they're a bit more expensive than usual right now. You should look for a case you like, post it here, and we'll tell you if it's good or not.
Some of the older pre-builts don't, look at the Dell Optiplex gx280 for example. I know he's not going to be using it, but alot of older computer actually don't have side panels.
The Arc Midi R2 is definitely better once it's fully kitted out with decent fans. The included fans are terrible.
The 400R is more middling out of the box and it's probably a good idea to step up to the 500R if you want more cooling flexibility, but it's still a very strong performer at its price point.

my current list http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6vv84D Is this good or does it need any changes?
Sorry if I've made a few threads recently I just want to make sure that this is what I should be getting.

All cases have side panels.
These are cheaper 280x's that have good coolers also.

Get a different 280x. There are a lot that are cheaper and still have good coolers.

I dunno, it certainly looks like a side panel to me.
I mean the side panel doesn't come off. Look at this
I might be wrong about that, but that doesn't seem like the usual side panel to me.

So If I get the 500r I will need to buy fans right?
You can get it to work, although the one time I replaced my motherboard it wouldn't boot and yelled at me when I tried re-installing it.
No, he said the Arc Midi comes with crap fans.
