Alright, here's mine:
Asus P5N32E-SLI Motherboard
2.66 GHz Core 2 Quad Q6600
7 GB DDR2-800 ram (need to buy another 2 gig chip for matching ram)
500 GB Western Digital Blue (it's meh)
PNY GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512 MB
Audigy 2 ZS, until I can replace with a M Audio or something, internal soundcard audio just doesn't cut it for recording to me
Happauge WinTV HVR-1800 TV\FM tuner and a
Pinnacle Studio 700 Plus PCI Analog\Digital capture card.
I found the case\motherboard\processor by a dumpster, the rest of the parts came from the Core 2 Duo I was using (2.66 GHz C2D E6700).
Looks like a prebuilt, can I have the model number of that computer ' class='bbc'>so we can tell you how horrible it is and how you should have built it on your own?

's only fair.' class='bbc'>What the hell are you talking about? Alienware is so gud all you gotta do is pay a little more for the extra premium gaming components, and they have pretty lights and stuff. Their stuff is so leet!
Note: I do not condone either side of le flamewars.
Also, the thing's a lappy. See the "M" prefix (mobile) after the GPU, and "QM" (Quad Mobile) after the CPU.

Not everything is an alienware, some are actually half-decent, same goes for lappies.
ANYWAY: here is my crappy laptop my mom bought me last year.

Which isn't a good thing really. Pre-builds have been heavily generalized on these forums, but there are some decent ones. Whether a build is good or not is heavily dependant on the sold price, it's not always a good idea to jump to conclusions (especially with pre-builts in countries like the UK, there are some decent ones).
Yup. No idea where the stigma comes from, it was here before even I started posting.
Although I've stopped caring because as soon as I post a decent prebuilt for someone asking for one, I get spammed with PMs saying "HERP DERP I THOUGHT U SAIED PREBUILD R BADDD? OMG R U WERKING 4 DELL/HP/ETC!?!?! ZOMG UR PAID 2 ADSVERITIMATIZE IMMA REPORT U!!!".

Usually goes down like this:
Me: "Well, if you really need a prebuilt, this one's pretty go-"
Others: "IF YOU DON'T BUILD YOU WERE DROPPED ON YOUR HEAD AS A BABY"

I feel like much of it comes for the relative uselessness of memorizing prebuilt configs (or just disregard for that memorization), as opposed to single parts. Maybe that's just me.
I never did post a lot, but now I'm leaving forever. This forum in general is a joke, with the crappy mods, handing out infractions like nobody's business, and just being plain stupid. There's that and there's the amount of stupidity that members hold nowadays. XDA Developers and OCN here I come!
Loving it so far, only gripes are the logitech software is required or your sensitivity, even if set to max in windows, will be horribly low, and that it's a bit big so it takes a little getting used to.

Just as long as it's not Razer's Synapse 2.0.

Yes, I do realize how OP my PSU is, and don't get started with the intel vs AMD thing. I bought what I did because most of it was christmas gifts and a high school student budget. The PSU was a choice between 750W and 450W at the local Bestbuy. I did NOT personally buy this, but it was on sale that day and my parents asked which was better.
In case you couldn't tell it's a prebuilt... I'm going to build this computer: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pAc9 (note: it was about $30-$40 cheaper when I purchased the parts a few days ago on black friday, primarily the RAM and Processor were cheaper) soon though.
Not bad, you can upgrade the Athlon to an FX4300 in the near future.
