I've highlighted my problems with that build. Drop the 2600k down to a 2500k unless you do ****-tons of video editing and 3D-Modelling. Then up the GPU to a 7870 if you can, if not just get a 7850 or 560ti-448 core. Then get a better PSU, Corsair, Seasonic, Silvertone, XFX or OCZ.
Can you please explain what the problem is with the GPU? Because I have no cue what's wrong with it.
Also is it worth it (price><performance) to buy two GPU's and make an SLI?
My current computer is like 4 years old so it still have old processors and stuff.
Processor : Intel Quad Core (forgot what model number)
Monitor : LG Flatron L1730S (1280 * 1024)
Video/Graphics Card : Nothing (derp. that's why it's SOOO laggy)
Motherboard : Asus (forgot model number)
Hard Disks : 6 (Now that's alot of space)
Total space : 1060.7 GIGA BYTES (Woah...)
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate(old one before the release : Windows XP Professional)
I forgot the other stuff.
Processor: Intel Pentium Memory: 2.00GB Hard Drive: LightScribe DVD superMulti Drive Video Card: Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family NVIDIA GeForce 6600 Sound Card: SoundMAX HD Audio O
I will most likely be upgrading this summer, so it's something for me to look into.
Get the MSI Z77a-gd55, it has all the features you would ever need and is only $170. Plus it looks badass and has a PS/2 port(for nkro with keyboards).
Presario CQ56 Laptop
Single core Intel Celeron
Intel Family Graphics
2Gb of (RAM)
Windows 7 64 bit
The graphics card is steaming pile of **** so worn out it cant play minecraft anymore.
Hoping to get a new Desktop Pc but it will probably be a while
It does look nice, but I'm not sure if it's worth it over the P8Z77-V from ASUS.
Is that the one with wireless or I'm I thinking of the Deluxe and Pro versions.

That FX is the letdown of the entire build, an i5 2500 would of been so much better or even an i3.

Im calling BS on that. $500 for all that? Not to mention, there are no 360GB SSDs, 4TB of Storage would atleast be $200 to $300 alone, and there are other things such as the GPU which was probably aroun $150-$180...

Haha have you seen the price of the fx4100 compared to a 2500k over a 100$ difference i can run any game on the market right now on this system. Next time i would appreciate it if you would keep your opinion to yourself instead of putting me down

RAm was also in the combo pack the reason i got it all it so cheap is my friendgave me the 6850 for 90$ and the ssd was around 50 cause the lady didnt know what she had and storage that is a western digital 3 terabyte got on sale on new egg with a 20$ off coupon and rebate
If he/she knows how to overclock, the FX can surpass the i3 (slightly) @ around 4.6 GHz, which isn't all too hard to get too...
Also remember that that CPU is somewhere in price in between an i3 and a Pentium
Ya then when you fry your 2500k you will be crying about 220$ and i will be like eh its 95$ to replace if i ever do fry it i will go fx 8120 dont really care for intels high prices

Excuse me, but I can voice my own opinion thank you very much so don't be so rude and take some criticism.

A GTX 570 is not crappy, though it is probably being bottlenecked by your cpu.
Edit: Linus has done an unboxing of one of Asus' new Z77 boards
I do like this board, may consider it for my upgrade later on if the price is right.o
No, he didn't.
CPU: Core 2 Duo P8400 @ 2,26GHz
GPU: nVidia GeForce 9700M GT
RAM: 4gbs
OS: Win Vista Home Premium 32-bit
Motherboard: Dunno.
Soundcard: Dunno.
PSU: Dunno.
Crappy enough?
Then my gaming pc:
CPU: i7 2600k @ 5GHz
GPU: ASUS GTX580 DirectCU II oc'd to 960MHz
PSU: Corsair TX850
RAM: 4gbs
Motherboard: ASUS P8P67 Pro
Soundcard: Dunno, it's integrated
HDD: 1tb
SSD: OCZ Vertex 3 60gb
OS: Win 7 Home Premium 64bit
I'm not buying anytime soon anyway.
my guess may be for editing and recording (i'm hoping) depending on how long ago he got it, 580s are pretty cheap now twin frozer for about $380
