I have a laptop D:. I got it before I became interested in PC gaming, and the only thing I played was Minecraft and it runs that fine, but other than that it sucks.

Not really... i7 are useless for gaming when i5 does the same performance level.
He could have gotten a 7970 and an i5 2500k and see over 20fps difference and also get home premium and save 100$

nice build, but no need for more RAM, unless you plan on running After Effects, that program eats RAM like nothing else

1. I got Win 7 pro because i plan on updating the ram in the future
2. I ordered a comp because my parents spazzed when i told them i wanted to build one. they wouldn't let me build one. My dad was convinced that building one was more expensive, even after the countless examples i showed him that you guys showed me.
3. I do use after effects, and use it alot, actually
4. I am scared of the PSU too. I thought I chose the Corsair one, I think i changed it to see the price difference, but forgot to change it back
5. I am not using Cyberpower, I am using iBuyPower
6. I got the i7 because I am wanting to learn 3D modeling, and I am not patient when it comes to rendering.
