It said on the website that u could run skyrim (not going to play skyrim) at maxed out settings fine. So I'm not too sure that I need to get all that stuff u suggested. I'm also not sure if that means anything either.

There is no possible way you'll be able to get ultra settings on that rig.
I actually only want 8 render distance and 60 fps. No fancy graphics or unnecessary things, just the bare minimum.
The 7770 is capable of that. If you are planning on using the PC for other games too (which you might), I'd suggest you get either the r7 260x or the r7 265 for some extra performance in games.
I most likely won't be playing any other games but like u said, I might. So I think I will just get a better graphics card, it's just a little bit more. Also did u mean that I could run mods on those settings or just regular minecraft? Also if I do get a new one what would u suggest?
I think that I'll get the top one because it's cheaper and it still comes with two free games. So I hope it will be good enough for those settings with mods. (Pixelmon and the mod pack Crazy Craft)

OP, your system is perfectly fine.

If you don't mind paying only 10-20 more bucks for quite a bit more performance, then here's some R7 260xes I pulled up.

They also come with 2 free games. What's not to like?
