Since I have been playing Minecraft, I've had problems with my FPS. Basically, whenever I change my chunks, very few frames pick up as I lower the chunks. Here is the data:
In the video below, I basically explain how my frames don't change much even though I reduce the render distance. I also explain that I've used many methods to reduce lag. Here a some that I have done. Please feel free to inform me of any I have not tried or possibly forgotten
[In Minecraft]
Played with Video Settings
Played with Sound Settings
Installed OptiFine
[On PC]
Installed Latest Intel HD 3000 Driver
Latest Java
Allocated 2-4GB of ram to Minecraft
Allocated 350MB of ram to Minecraft
Allocated 4GB of ram to Java
Set Java to High priority
Used Game Booster
Changed Graphics Properties (Intel HD 3000)
Changed Battery to Maximum Performance
Removed MOST Bloatware
Used CCleaner
Scanned for Viruses (Using Norton)
That is all I can think of at the moment. If anyone can help me, please do so. I will try anything that is reasonable. Not something that would give me a virus. Video and Screenshots are below.
One thing I see is your memory clock speed is very low. A large part of the performance of integrated graphics is the memory bandwidth. Can you get the exact name of the computer so I can search technical specs?

Hopefully I'm giving you what you need.

If you need the Part Number and/or the Serial Number, just ask.
I can't find the specs for that laptop that match the pictures that you posted. Wither way, your memory clock is half of what it should be. If you take your laptop to a computer junkie or a professional, ask them to set the XMP/ clock the ram to 1333mHz. Please do not try this yourself, because if you do it incorrectly, your computer may refuse to boot.
Alright, but when I searched for FPS tests on an Intel Graphics HD 3000, I found this:
EDIT: Go to the video on YouTube for the description. He puts the FPS in his description.
It seems to have a little worse specs than me, yet he is getting better FPS than me.
He's also using a much older version of Minecraft too (the video was made in 2012) and he has optifine installed.

May I ask why each of these are a problem? The only I get is removing most bloat ware, but that was due to me not knowing which is and isn't bloat ware.
See your point on the version., but not on OptiFine as it barely, if even, helps me at all.

GameBooster, CCleaner I'm not to sure about it. Haven't done must research, but it can do registry cleaning. Don't touch the registry. Norton, is the biggest offender most likely. My friend removed Norton, he can actually use his lappy to play 2d browser finally. Not to mention it doesn't take a few minutes to load internet.
2-6 chunks = 25-30 FPS
7-12 chunks = 20-25 FPS
13-16 chunks = 15-20 FPS

Nothing more to do or say. This is just what it is.

It is highly obvious you did not read thread, nor do you know DDR and its meaning.
665Mhz is 1333Mhz double data rate. Other words it is PC3-10600 (10.6GB bandwidth or 21.2GB Dual Channel) or just to say DDR3 1333mhz.
Memory is not the problem. HD3000 and the i3-2330m are the holders here, primarily the HD3000. Nothing can be done.
