Yeah so how much fps should I be getting with this. Also the lag is weird. I get around the same fps on all graphics settings. There is no v sync or framerate limit on. Is something slowing down my laptop.
Please help I need to know if there is a problem or something.

Could be caused by some pre-installed software. Try uninstalling those that you won't use first and see if it makes any difference.
It may also be caused by some programs runnning in background. Try closing them before playing.
Tip:
I don't recommend using a game booster of sorts, because your computer can take the load pretty nicely. The booster will just add more load, which could've been utilized by the game instead.
Are you sure the Java VM is running on the graphics chip? I had the same problem with my alienware. I was running minecraft at 15-20 FPS until I set the Java VM to run on the graphics chip. Then it ran at 160-180. If you scroll to the bottom of this page, it tells you how to add programs to run on your graphics chip. http://serato.com/vi...indows-computer

Sorry, I didn't see that your computer had an A10 processor. Ignore everything I just said.
That's not a gaming laptop. The performance you are getting is what you should be. It's an intergrated graphics card (APU). You should get more than what you do slightly, but not by a lot. Laptops are seriously underpowered and not be considered for gaming unless what you're getting has 'm' in it
It's probably best to get an APU (an AMD one anyway). Beyond that is wasting money, getting very little performance gain for increasingly large amounts of money. Some of the mid-range cards like the 750m still offer decent price/performance, but beyond that becomes wasteful.
Anyway, his A10 should be having no problem with Minecraft. It is perfectly capable of maxing vanilla at 60+ FPS.
It's a laptop GPU. A A10 in a laptop = like an A6. I've had an A6, 30-40fps is reasonable
It's mainly Minecraft's fault for the range in performance. My brother has an A10 laptop that breezes through vanilla maxed at 60FPS. There was even a case where someone was getting 120 FPS on an HD2000. It's just bad optimization.

Could it be bottle necking.

Never gonna give you uuuuuup
Whaaaat, can't I enjoy a good and catchy song just because it's popular?
What FPS did you get?
I'd be guessing around 60 to 120+ FPS with those specs.
