I was cleaning out my sister's PC and decided to redo the cable management. The Antec One case doesn't have very many options for it, so I thought I would do my best. This is what I got:
Other than the fact that the color scheme in that pc gave me ocd it looks pretty decent, better than my pc at least (darn you short **** psu cables). also I don't see a cpu power connector, whats up with that?
In my opinion, cable management should be considered like when a woodworker takes the time to remove markings and put a nice finish on parts of a piece of furniture even if that part won't be seen. It shows care and attention to detail to whomever will be buying.
Really? I've worked on at least 100 computers and almost every one has had the PSU on top. My girlfriend's PC has the PSU on the bottom, but other than that, I may have seen about 2 others that were bottom-mounted.

Many cases have it on the bottom. Some bad cases, or the ones that come with OEM computers will have it on the top.
For the PSU to be at the top is quite common. Most gaming cases have them at the bottom which also helps for cable management.
What defines a "gaming" case exactly? Any case can be a gaming case if you put gaming oriented parts in it. It is not common at all for current cases to have the power supply at the top. You usually only see that with OEM cases and a number of smaller form factor cases as well.
I don't really see how that would help for cable management either. Neither orientation is really better for cable management, but having the power supply on the bottom allows for ventilation to be added to the top which is useful since hot air rises. It is tougher to keep temperatures down in a case with the power supply on the top because the hot air is trying to rise, but it gets obstructed by the power supply which causes turbulent airflow patterns.

Nobody's perfect, so neither is Hannah Montana Linux, but it's pretty great.

They all suck. They just suck differently. Sort of like prostitutes.
Not too shabby.
If it's obstructing airflow it isn't.
Pretty common on lower end cases...
It's not useless.
You are my hero.
My cables are bad, but the airflow is fine.
Unless it's obstructing airflow it is useless and all it does it make your case look better.
Is it cheaper to put them on top or something?

I think it's cause it's easier to install and have all the cables hanging.... for people that don't give two damns about PCs.
2 or 3 months.A long-ass time.Oh boy, visual basic. I can barely contain my excitement. Not.
