I already have the 7950 and Z77A-GD55 ordered
I can't decide on the power supply though. ModXStream is on summer sale for 60$ and with a 30$ rebate... or should I get a 620W Seasonic modular bronze power supply for 110$
Which power supply should I order?
Which case should I get HAF 912 or shinobi window white edition? (which one has better cooling?)
(I already have an OS
I ordered the motherboard, the GPU, the CPU, the ram, the cooler, and soon the monitor and case. Then later the power supply =D
It's a lot about your choice really. The Seasonic one is definitely a lot better than the ModXStream in terms of quality, though it's more of a question of if you want the added reliability and such. Since you didn't answer this question in the previous thread however, I will ask it again. Do you plan on upgrading to crossfire in the future? Otherwise a 550w power supply would be plenty for a rig like that, for crossfire a 700w would probably be better, given that not only is 600w a bit on the high side, but neither power supplies have enough PCI-e power connectors.
As for the cases, I would expect the HAF 912 to offer better cooling as said, along with options for more fan configurations and such.
EDIT: When you say "Seasonic 620w," am I correct to assume you are talking about the M12II 620w?
Yup the m12II
I'm not going to X-Fire or SLI anytime soon.
Would a DH-14 fit/work with corsair vengeance blue ram?
I highly doubt it, you will most likely need a low-profile kit instead.
Though really, don't bother with going for blue DIMMs. The cooler is going to be covering it anyways, so it really won't make any difference in terms of aesthetics.
Looking here however, it actually looks like the NH-D14 would be easier to install than a 212 evo, just that you have to worry about ram clearance (which you can easily bypass via low-profile memory).
Your choice of course, a 212 evo would be fine unless you plan on rather heavy overclocking.
EDIT: I have a Hyper 212+, the fan comes very close to the memory, but doesn't actually go over it. It may be different as I have a Z68 Pro3 and alignment of the DIMMs may be different, but I'd expect it to be fine.
IIRC, don't you have to put it in the 1st and 3rd if you have 2 DIMMS or else the motherboard doesn't recognize the ram?
I don't think that pertains to all motherboards. The MSI Z77A-G43 that went into my brother's build didn't mention using particular RAM slots if only 2 DIMMs were used. On my Asus board though, I believe you are supposed to use the 1st and 3rd slots if only using 2 DIMMs.

Nobody's perfect, so neither is Hannah Montana Linux, but it's pretty great.

They all suck. They just suck differently. Sort of like prostitutes.

Another good sound card for that price is the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium. You can get a refurbished model for $50 on Amazon. It's recommended on Overclock.net.

I prefer the HAF912, which for some reason a good amount of people don't. It has more cooling than the shinobi I believe.
Thinking about coming a mod to simply not moderate.
So Seasonic it is?
Yup the m12II

AW.... It's on sale for 40$ D=
I decided to just get the 212 EVO.
DH-14 seems like a crap load to install
Thank you =D
Even the 212 Evo might not allow high profile RAM to be used in the closest slot.
My V8 doesn't allow high profile RAM in the first slot and I imagine the 212 is even wider.

What ram do you have?

I have my dimms in 2nd and 4th slot and it works fine.
Thank you both.
I just ordered the parts =D
Anyone know a good sound card for around 50?
ASUS Xonar DGX

Thank you
Would this card help improve my blue yeti recording quality?
Also what is a sub-woofer?
